Empire Prestige Tsim Sha Tsui

The hotel is right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, surrounded by many highly-rated restaurants. It's incredibly convenient whether you're traveling with friends or with parents, saving you the hassle of long commutes. It's also very close to the MTR station and the airport bus stop.

Before booking, I read a bunch of negative reviews that almost exhausted me, but it turned out to be much better than I expected once I arrived. Cons: 1. The map (in the room/on their app) has a delay, so you need to look carefully. 2. The bed is on the smaller side. 3. Each person gets one small bottle of water in the room, and there's no kettle. You can get water in the lobby, but it's not available at night, so you have to buy your own. Pros: 1. I forgot my watch after checking out, and the hotel helped me get it back. 2. The location is great; there's plenty to do right downstairs. As for those who talk about discrimination from locals, this is my second time in HK, and I haven't encountered it at all (speaking Mandarin the whole time). In fact, some people were very helpful. WeChat Pay is perfectly sufficient, I barely used any cash. If you make an effort to adapt to local customs and culture, instead of just focusing on your own convenience, you won't encounter so many issues.
