Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur

This is an older hotel, but it is extremely well-maintained. The service and environment are both excellent. All the staff members are very polite and live up to five-star hotel standards. I will definitely stay here again given the chance.

The service was up to standard and the location was good, but the hardware and facilities are quite outdated—you can really tell from details like the hairdryer. Also, I'm used to hotels providing combs, but unfortunately, there wasn't one this time, which was a bit awkward 😅

It's pretty good and very cheap. But for some reason, the room I stayed in felt a bit creepy/haunted, and I had a nightmare. I don't dare to stay here again, hahaha.

Breakfast was excellent, and the service was great too! The location is superb, just a 10-minute walk to the Twin Towers.

Overall, the experience was great, and the hotel quality was very high. The breakfast was also rich and varied, though it's a shame it was only included for one person. The hotel lobby was exquisitely decorated, and the location was excellent.

Everything deserves five stars: the food, the service, the staff's attitude, the facilities, and the hotel's location. For my family and me, who love working out, the gym is significantly better than those at other five-star hotels, even if some of the equipment is a bit dated. The only disappointment was the swimming pool; it was essentially just a bathtub slightly larger than a standard one. As for the breakfast offerings, they were simply impeccable, truly beyond words.

Everything else was great, the light rail is right downstairs, and they offer free parking. It would be even better if the shower had space for two more tiles.
