Manoir de Lan Kérellec - Relais & Châteaux - Etoilé Michelin

We stayed for one night at the Lan Kerellec in a Deluxe room. The room was wonderful, had a gorgeous view over the bay including a very spacious bathroom with large windows and lastly a small balcony. Breakfast is served in room with floor to ceiling glass front that makes you feel as if you would sit outside overlooking the bay. Everything served was of high quality and left nothing to be desired. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed the day of our stay, so we recommended to visit the restaurant Plongier, which was very nice. The service was impeccable.

We had an amazing time at Manoir de Lan Kerellec. Everything was high level, from the moment we were welcomed to the moment we had to leave. We have been upgraded the room with no particular reason and we enjoyed it and appreciated very much. The people at the reception were helpful and assisted us with any questions we had including booking for restaurants in the evening. The breakfast was fabulous, very high quality ingredients and local. I can only recommend this place. The view from the room was fabulous, you can see the sunset in a unique way.

Beautiful room overlooking the sea and sky. Breakfast room also overlooking the sea and delicious. We will return.

What a fantastic property. We stayed here for a couple of nights recently and were really impressed with the Manoir de Lan Kerellec and its staff. Our room was large and very comfortable with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and the numerous islands close-by. Staff could not have been more helpful and the owners took a personal interest in ensuring that guests were happy with everything. Breakfast was excellent and dinner in the Michelin starred restaurant was superb but very relaxed and not at all stuffy. The hotel is close to a very secluded and little visited beach which we really enjoyed.

What a beautiful place! Our room was spacious and comfortable with views of the sea. The bathroom was bigger than ours at home. The service is impeccable as well. Make sure to reserve a table for dinner at their Michelin-starred restaurant! The best part of the Rose Granite Coast is a short drive away. You can stay closer but here it is peaceful and there are other more casual places to eat nearby. If I'm back in the area I won't hesitate to book here again.

This beautiful boutique hotel offers comfort, class and informality in equal amounts. The bedroom and our balcony had beautiful views out to sea. The buffet style breakfast was excellent, as was the lady who ran the breakfast room. Lots of outdoor space to sit and enjoy the peace and tranquility. We ate dinner on one evening in the 1 Michelin star. The food was, service and everything that went with it was exceptional, and we both loved the experience. The restaurant was shut on our other evenings, but we went to the sister restaurant in the port ‘ Plongeoir’ which was also fabulous - will review that seperately, but suffice to say it was so good we went there on both of our other evenings ! All of the staff at the hotel were great, especially the staff in the restaurant as well as ‘the breakfast lady’. Thank you

Lovely rooms, outstanding food. Good views

Certain members of the staff should try another carreer, and some should retire Restaurant needs proper service coordination, the food is excellent, but due to the the fact of less than average service the Michelin star should be suspended Also some days during the afternoon & hours , mondays & tuesday afternoons & evenings the reception staff was rude & uncooperative Please keep in mind I¨m fluent in French

This property does not meet Relais & Châteaux standards. The “beachfront” photos are misleading—access is blocked by a road, fence, and neighbouring outbuildings. The hotel is in poor condition (stained upholstery, cracked tiles, broken fixtures, peeling paint) and appears understaffed, with little service after check-in. Amenities were lacking, the restaurant was closed, and the overall impression was of a misrepresented and poorly maintained property.
