Nysa Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by Kingston Hotels

For this price, the quality was amazing! I was so satisfied with this hotel! The pool had a lovely Asian feel and gave off a real resort vibe. The front desk staff were also very polite and helpful! There are massage parlors and a 7-Eleven within walking distance. It's a bit of a walk to Nana Station, but they offer shuttle service, which is convenient! I definitely want to stay here again!

I had a great stay! Although the subway station is about a 15-17 minute walk from the hotel, they offer a free shuttle service from the station to the hotel. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, I really enjoyed the hotel's swimming pool; I went for a swim every morning.

The hotel's location isn't suitable for families because the area downstairs is quite complex. Most of the hotel towels were black and torn. The service staff were okay.

The hardware didn't feel quite five-star, but the room rate was reasonable. The staff were all very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. The location isn't on the main street, which makes it much quieter.

Stayed for 4 nights and got upgraded. It happened to be both our birthdays, and when we returned to the room at night, we found a birthday cake, which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Booked this for a celebratory trip. As soon as I entered the room, I was impressed (see pics). Breakfast was decent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was good, with no flooding issues. Downsides: - The shuttle schedule is too infrequent. For a hotel of this size, having only an 8-seater shuttle is a major drawback. Even calling a taxi takes 7-8 minutes due to traffic (there's always traffic). - It's a 15-minute walk to Nana station. On a positive note, the pool felt really comfortable. However, the far end of the pool doesn't get any sunlight, which results in a bad odor.
