Nysa Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 11

One gentleman and one girl at reception upon my departure was not very nice at all. Unacceptable behavior and asked me that i collected the shower gel and blaming on me. even though i didnt know most of five star offered complimentary. The Front Office Manager was very nice. so sad need to check out with rude staff.

Wonderful stay at Nysa Bangkok Hotel! I had a great experience staying here. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful! The location is also very convenient, 7-Eleven and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. A special shoutout to Milly and Fang at the front desk，they were incredibly friendly, spoke good English, and made communication easier. The bellstaff was also very efficient and helped with our luggage promptly. Highly recommended!

Overall is a good stay, however the sound proofing is not very good and sometime there’s odor along the corridor. On the contrary the staffs were all very nice and friendly.

All the staff at the hotel were excellent! We would like to give a special thanks to Miss SAI, who was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. She upgraded our room, and we had a wonderful stay. Mr. Peeh was also fantastic — he taught us how to get to our sightseeing points and helped arrange our taxi to the airport. The room itself is very spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. While the hotel is not within walking distance to the MRT or BTS Skytrain, they provide a  convenient shuttle service to both Asok and Nana Stations. It is a good choice to choose this hotel

Booked a king sized bed but was given a queen sized bed. Slept and woke up with bumps on my legs. Hot was way too hot and needed to call receptionist to get someone to adjust/fix the water pressure or something?? Room was right beside their housekeeping and was so freaking noisy that I needed to change room and it was so troublesome that I lost a ring while changing.

10 minutes to BTS station. They have shuttle to public transport stations but it’s a bit infrequent like per hour. Never have a chanse to use it. Otherwise very nice stay.

A lovely hotel, with very good accomodating staff. The room we had was a good size and well appointed. The pool was well laid out, there was areas with sun and shade. Breakfast was plentiful, with a good mixture of western and Asian options, loved their Eggs Benedict with chicken. We walked to Terminal 21/ Asok station several times,10-15mins.
