Nysa Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by Kingston Hotels

The hotel's location is great, with many bars and massage parlors nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked breakfast on my last day and thought it was decent. Most of the guests I saw were from Europe and the Middle East. This was my second time staying here. We were traveling with kids, and getting taxis to all the attractions was never an issue. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it only stays open until 8 PM, which was a bit disappointing as we didn't get a chance to swim. But that's how travel goes, I hope to make up for it on my next visit! 😄

Wonderful hotel. The cleaning was thorough, and the service was great. In terms of location, it's a bit of a walk from Nana Station, so if you have a suitcase, a taxi is a must. There are many pubs and bars around, so you won't have trouble finding places to eat or have fun. It was such a comfortable hotel that I didn't want to leave at check-out.

The hotel's location isn't ideal for families. It's right next to the famous Nana Plaza bar street. When I checked in, there were a lot of dark-skinned people at the front desk, I'm not sure what nationality they were. I arrived for check-in around 3 PM, and the front desk staff said there was only one twin room left on the second floor. I asked for a higher floor, and they gave me a room with a large window. However, when I went in, it was tiny, barely enough space for my luggage. I quickly switched back to the twin room on the second floor. But in that room, the window looked out onto the side of another building, so there was basically no sunlight. I don't understand why there were no rooms available at 3 PM. When I went back out, I noticed all the Caucasians were on higher floors. Anyway, the overall experience wasn't great, and the location isn't very good either.

This hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained, just like a brand new one. The staff were friendly, and there was a pleasant fragrance throughout the lobby and hallways. The swimming pool was also beautiful.

This time I booked connecting rooms. The rooms were a bit small, but opening them up made it convenient and spacious! The breakfast was decent, but staying for five days, the dishes repeated too much. For breakfast, I can only give it a 7 out of 10. The swimming pool was a good size, and I also really liked the small kiddie pool for children. Although the hotel's location isn't the best, it's relatively away from the busiest area, so it was quiet at night. If I come again, I'd consider staying here for two nights.
