I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with several things. On two different occasions, I saw cockroaches in my room. The shower head and the button to turn on the water both need a much deeper cleaning — they looked like they hadn’t been properly maintained for a while.
Breakfast was also a bit frustrating. Several times they forgot my order, and I had to ask if anyone knew about it or reorder something completely. One time, my eggs even came with a hair in them, which was quite unpleasant.
For a 5-star hotel, the cleanliness of the room really needs improvement. On a positive note, the staff were all very friendly and polite — no complaints about their service.

Nice hotel with comfortable bed, lots of good choices at breakfast, nice pool, and spacious gym. Lively neighborhood and easy to get to other parts of the city.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, room very big and clean, hotel breakfast very tasty and many choice of food, hotel provide free transfers to terminal 21, overall are very satisfying, and very thankful to hotel povide the complimentary food and card for our anniversary.

Great service with the staff being so friendly and cheerfully welcoming.
The decoration of the hotel and vibe is so cool yet warm and stylish.
My husband and I had. Great anniversary stay there and will definitely come back.
P.s the shower room is very slippery thought!

Hotel nice and new. Location is a bit far from train. If u prefer enjoy nightlife , nearby have a lot choices for u.
