It was a bad experience stayed there, we have booked 4 rooms, but the rooms were terrible, dirty, bed mattresses, towel were unclean, leaking inside the room, we need to move at night time as it was raining during our stay. Quite dark at night no enough light inside the room and even outside, no animators to enjoy. If you like clean and bright enough in the room, this is no recommended.

It's quiet, relaxing, clean and tidy, and nature-engage. The decoration is Khmer Vintage style. The staff is kind and friendly. The location is good so that you can walk around the lake and watch sunset. At nighttime, you can watch the stars.  One thing to improve is, I think the properties should equip the light along the walking path,otherwise it's too dark.

No water came out at all. If I complained, the owner said, "What if I come to my house to take a shower?" That's unbelievable. The water supply is private, not public, and it broke, so the shower wouldn't work. However, I was able to get it working after changing rooms. It's not good to lie. This hotel looks nice, but the owner is a liar. It was very strange, he didn't even apologize.

A truly beautiful hotel in an exceptional location. As soon as you enter, you are welcome by a stunning garden and charming houses that make the stay feel like paradise. 🛏️ the rooms are beautifully decorated, and the bathroom feature outdoor shower that add a unique and refreshing touch. 🏊🏻 the swimming pool is fabulous and such a delight. 🍽️ the restaurant is also beautifully decorated and the food is absolutely delicious. 🌅 the view over the lake is breathtaking and add to the magic of the place. An ideal retreat to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the nature.

Nice old colonial building- reception/ restaurant overlooking a lake with lovely lake views and nice landscaped gardens. The lodges are adequate but improvements could be made. The mattress was rock hard and the pillows were synthetic - not great when it’s so humid. The shower room and bathroom facilities left a lot to be desired! Although plenty of hot water. The towels were thin and musty- but the staff changed those for us. No tv in our room but that was not essential. Only one cup for teas coffee provided , clearly an oversight! Staff friendly but didn’t really have a grasp of English. Food was good and French based- crepes were fabulous.
