Terres Rouges Lodge

It was a bad experience stayed there, we have booked 4 rooms, but the rooms were terrible, dirty, bed mattresses, towel were unclean, leaking inside the room, we need to move at night time as it was raining during our stay. Quite dark at night no enough light inside the room and even outside, no animators to enjoy. If you like clean and bright enough in the room, this is no recommended.

It's quiet, relaxing, clean and tidy, and nature-engage. The decoration is Khmer Vintage style. The staff is kind and friendly. The location is good so that you can walk around the lake and watch sunset. At nighttime, you can watch the stars.  One thing to improve is, I think the properties should equip the light along the walking path,otherwise it's too dark.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place has this old colonial feel that just works. Wooden floors everywhere, big solid furniture, and rooms that feel live-in rather than hotel standard. Our room was amazing, very spacious with a four-poster bed and a beautiful carved cabinet. The best part for us was meeting the elephants. Getting to spend time with the adults and the little one in the forest was something special. It felt genuine, not touristy at all. You can tell the people here really care about them. Location is good - quiet but still easy to get around Banlung. The gardens are lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful without being over the top. A really pleasant stay. We left feeling relaxed and will come back!
