The shower in the room had good water pressure, and the hairdryer worked well. These two aspects are considered excellent for hotels in the US. The room doesn't come with complimentary bottled water, but you can get it at the front desk if needed. The room only offers paid water and snacks, and charges are automatically deducted. The glasses in the room had stains; I recommend not using them.

The service was much better than the reviews suggested. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. We even got a 57th-floor Sphere view room without tipping! Odd-numbered rooms offer great views but not of the pool. The Italian restaurant downstairs was delicious. The front desk also provided complimentary water and toiletries like toothbrushes. We even received chocolates upon check-in. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, my only minor concern is that the pool's cleanliness could be improved. Everything else was satisfactory, the hotel is very new, and the service was excellent!

I've stayed in many 5-star hotels that offer great value for money, and this one is no exception. Plus, parking is free, and the large swimming pool was a big hit with my son!

This hotel offers good value for a 5-star in Las Vegas, mainly because parking is free, which is a big deal. Most other 5-star hotels on the Strip charge $20+ per day for self-parking and $40+ for valet. You can even see the Sphere from some rooms, even side ones, so there's no need to try the 'sandwich trick' – save your money, unless you're a high roller, of course. Like other 5-star hotels, you'll likely encounter a line for check-in, it just depends on how busy it is.

The room itself was nice, quite clean and spacious. I didn't get a room with a Sphere view, which is a shame because I didn't do my research beforehand; otherwise, I would have mentioned it to the front desk at check-in. This hotel is a bit far from [redacted]. It would be quite tiring if you're planning to walk around [redacted].

The hotel's 3rd-floor pool is stunning, giving you that 'Southeast Asian resort' vibe. The interior decor also has a wonderful artistic atmosphere. I highly recommend their Hall of Excellence museum. It features the most outstanding figures across various sports, including Jordan, Ali, Woods, and Kobe, as well as some music legends like Elvis and The Beatles. While the museum isn't huge and the $30 admission isn't cheap, it's definitely worth seeing for sports enthusiasts. Service-wise, it was a bit disappointing. I wanted to borrow a fruit knife to peel some fruit, and customer service said they needed to contact the dining department. Although the dining department offered the service, it would have cost over ten dollars for a single room service. It seems in the US, even a simple knife service comes with an extra charge.
