Marriott's Grand Chateau

Great location and a fantastic price for the size/standard of the room. Would highly recommend.

The location was perfect and the check in and check out were amazingly fast. The valet is a nice perk and the rooms are spacious and clean. There was an odd smell in our unit, but it wasn’t unbearable, just noticeable when you entered the room. Otherwise everything was great!

So the “resort” is ok. You will be hounded about the time share meeting from check in to check out. The property is older but the pool area on the 5th floor and the roof top were nice. They basically refused to clean the room the 5 days we were there. I was told “you can change the sheets yourself”. The housekeeping staff was not great. Valet staff were nice and helpful. Weird charges for parking and I was billed twice. Front desk staff at checkout was rude. Would pick a different property for our plans to come back solely because of the customer service at checkout and housekeeping. One great thing is location to the *****, very walkable.

Everything is good, but I think we were at the older side of the hotel, not what was on the picture on the website. But hotel is clean, and rooms are quiet. Don’t hear the noise from the outside. Attentive customer service.

The best part of the stay is the top pool with our favorite bartender Lo. She is the best.

Everything was excellent! The condo room was very comfy and close enough to the *****, and just far enough off, to get away from it when we were ready. The price was excellent as was check in. We got in much earlier than the normal check in time. We had a blast!

Excellent property with some great features including fridge freezer and microwave. Spacious rooms with ample storage. Facilities on site were really good. Location was amazing. We will definitely be booking again.
