Four Points Flex by Sheraton Morioka

A very good hotel near Morioka station, but there are many ways to go and you might end up at different floors of the hotel as different roads leads to different floors (might be surprising as first). The hotel provides free water and coffee. The hotel room is not as small as what others commented. It is quite spacious for me, considering that I could still walk after opening my 28 inch luggage.

All well. The car park entrance is a bit hard to find if you’re driving but very convenient if you are using the train. Close to a observation desk near the train station

The staff is very nice.The location is easy to access from JT statpn. Only drawback is the wifi that I can't use for internet and can't fix

Nice hotel; as to be expected from the Sheraton chain. Very close to bus/train station, Fesan mall and restaurants.

The room is very small. The bed is small. Toilet is so small that hardly can fit in a human being. You can’t even turn your body when you standing shower in the bathtub. One leg has to be inside the bathtub to use the wash basin. The entrance is not visible with no signboards particularly in the night. The front desk staff are so blur that they can’t direct how the car is going to get to the lobby entrance to unload and pick up the luggage as it was raining on the morning when we check out. The car park is far away from the hotel. We got to load the luggage in the rain after check out where the car has to park at the road side outside the hotel.
