The room is newly renovated! But the design is not novel! General front desk service! The restaurant is not bad in the all-inclusive package! The swimming pool is nice👍! The sea view room is a bit far away! It is not recommended that there are trees blocking the lower floors!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! The food and drinks are on a extraordinary level and the stuff is super friendly and does a perfect service. There’s really not much to do better, maybe not to cool down the indoor bars/restaurants too much ;)

The resort was great＞ If you are looking for quite relaxing vacation it is perfect. Food was the best for all inclusive resort. Rooms very clean and the grounds are very well maintained. Staff was great. I would not hesitate going back. If you are looking for a lot of night life not much going on but relaxing and perfect for what we were looking for

The rooms are large modern and spotless The restaurants were very good, especially the option for some to get alacarte breakfast The Indian restaurant was a cherry on top. recommend vegetarians to o definitely try it The staff were super helpful A special shout out to Esteban for helping when my spouse was not feeling great Shout out also to Stephan the chef at Chiron o restaurant for a delicious meal The concierge staff was a little less informative Having hammocks and swings in water similar to Cancun is highly desirable Thanks
