I originally booked for 5 nights, but due to a change in plans, I extended it by another night. Overall, I'm very satisfied, with no major complaints. While the front desk staff wasn't overly enthusiastic, they were always helpful and answered all my questions. The only slight letdown was being told the pool closed at 8 PM when it actually closes at 10 PM. On the plus side, there's a super long fitness trail right across the street in North Point, and it's very convenient to get around by ferry.

I came here for a conference but brought my mum along for an extended holiday. While the hotel room, room service and cleanliness were all up to expectations I was unhappy about having to wait 2 hours for my room to be ready. I could only enter my room at 5pm. I have stated my preferred room and special requests earlier on via the app so that it would all be ready upon arrival. But to my dismay, they said the room was not ready and I had to wait until 5pm to be able to enter my room. For a 5 star hotel, i had expected more. There was no compensation or whatsoever, i was simply made to wait for 2 whole hours for my room that I have already stated my preferences. I asked if I could leave a feedback so that services can be improved, the receptionist only took down my email, in which they did not reach out to me at all. Please improve in your services. I did appreciate the muslim friendly ammenities such as the prayer mat, Quran, and halal in-room dining. Everything else was great. Just need to improve on the checkins.

I was really impressed with the Kerry Hotel. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was strong yet silent. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the Red Sugar restaurant on the 7th floor is definitely worth trying. The afternoon tea in the lobby was also lovely, and there's an affordable food court on the ground floor. You can walk straight out from the garden to the seaside, and the Hung Hom ferry terminal offers easy access to Central. There's a dedicated pedestrian gate from the hotel, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the MTR station. Nearby, you'll find Whampoa Garden, which is divided into several sections, offering a huge variety of dining and drinking options. There are also Aeon and DONKI supermarkets. The hotel even provides a free shuttle bus service, which I didn't get to try this time as I didn't go to Tsim Sha Tsui, but I'll definitely check it out on my next visit.

This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in! There's no language barrier with Mandarin speakers. I even took a wrong turn when heading out, and a staff member actually chased after me to tell me. I only stayed one night, but the impression was truly excellent. I booked a sea-view room and was given a high floor, and the view was absolutely stunning, with Victoria Harbour right before your eyes – truly breathtaking. Downstairs, there's a ferry that can take you directly to Central for the sunset bus.

This hotel is good but Harry from the reception gives us a not very good memory, cause he arranged the most far away room from the elevator…a corner room, and he didn't inform us at all during check-in, neither did he ask our opinion. During the check-in process he also has no smile at all. Back in 2023 when I first visited this hotel, everything was good, that's why I came back now in 2026, but I might not return anymore in future.
