Fantastic to stay, it’s beautiful, I love to stay there. The room are clean and I like the savon too much.

Superb hotel

This hotel is possibly the best I have ever stayed in. It is pure luxury without feeling pretentious. All the staff are so kind and helpful, the food is amazing, the rooms were perfect and the views were sublime. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will most definitely be going back.

Worst hotel experience of our trip. Nothing about this experience reflects five-star standards. We will not return.

Our stay at The Black Bass in September was superb. The staff were so friendly and polite, and couldn't do more to make us comfortable. Our room was lovely, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The outside area on the lakeside was stunning. We sat here everyday, enjoying food and wine, and taking in the breathtaking views. We used the spa too, which again was very good, clean and quiet. We cannot wait to return.

Amazing hotel An absolutely stunning hotel in an incredible location. The rooms and interiors are beautiful, and the setting on the lake is breathtaking — just a picturesque 40-minute walk along the water into town. The spa was wonderful, and although the weather at the end of September meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the outdoor pool, the facilities were excellent. What truly stood out was the service: the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely fantastic throughout our stay. A true 5-star experience from start to finish — we will definitely be returning!

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The staff were amazing when we had car problems and had to make last minute changes. The lakeside suite we had was perfect in every regard
