Urumqi Anjia Hotel (Beisheng Commercial Plaza Branch of Xinjiang Agricultural University)

The two ladies at the front desk were lovely, and the security guard was very kind too. My stay was great! Even though I live in Urumqi, sometimes I like to stay in a hotel, and I'll definitely choose this one again. Highly recommend! The best part was having plenty of water in the room, and they even delivered my food right up. Plus, there were helpful little guide stickers for attractions by the elevator~

The hotel is fantastic! The facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is great. What really stood out was how incredibly warm and friendly every single staff member was. My family universally praised the Anjia Hotel! The location is excellent, right across from a large night market. I forgot to take photos of the hotel, but I'll definitely choose Anjia Hotel again on my next trip to Urumqi!

Plenty of parking spaces at the hotel, and a large courtyard as well. Parking is free, and breakfast is quite rich. The front desk staff are very welcoming. It's located right on the national highway, making it convenient to get to the market. The nights are quiet and comfortable for sleeping.

Overall, it was okay. The main issue was the unstable hot water in the shower – it kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The shower stall had an odor, probably because there was no window. Other than that, everything else was fine, and the location was quite convenient.

Facilities: Stayed at the Anjia Hotel with friends. The 12th floor has a laundry room, fitness equipment, and a self-service coffee machine. Cleanliness: Both the family room I originally booked and the king-size room I ended up staying in were exactly as pictured. The rooms were really clean, and the hotel staff were highly professional. Service: My friends felt it was great value for money. One friend felt a bit hypoglycemic during check-in, and the staff immediately provided her with thoughtful candies. Environment: They also have Xinjiang-特色 souvenirs, fridge magnets, small ornaments... I bought a jar of Yuli honey to send to friends back home. You can also relax and read a book here. It truly lives up to its reputation as a hidden gem in the city. The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious!

The service was excellent, and it was super convenient for getting around and parking. The room was clean and tidy, and there's a huge night market right across the street with tons of amazing food!

Overall, it was very clean. Perhaps because Urumqi is quite dry, they provided 6 bottles of purified water in the room, which was a thoughtful touch.

Highly recommended hotel. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the room was perfectly minimalist – nothing felt superfluous. They even provided a humidifier, which was a nice touch. The staff were exceptionally professional; they'd even proactively press the elevator button for you. It's a small gesture, but it really shows the team's incredible service awareness.
