Jumeirah Guangzhou

The views are absolutely stunning, and because it's a duplex, the ceilings are an impressive 5 meters high, making the living room feel incredibly spacious. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views of the Pearl River and the eastern part of Guangzhou. The in-room facilities are excellent; even the toilets are smart. The bedding and bathrobes are incredibly soft, and there's a special jewelry box in the safe, which is a lovely thoughtful touch. From the doormen to the front desk, concierge, and even the cleaning staff, everyone provides exceptionally attentive service. They are always happy to help and proactively anticipate guests' needs, far surpassing the service at the neighboring Four Seasons and Rosewood. I highly recommend experiencing the Jumeirah if you're staying at a luxury hotel in Guangzhou; after that, other luxury brands will just feel inferior. The Mandarin Oriental's location isn't great, and the Park Hyatt is too old-fashioned.

The service at Jumeirah Hotel is truly impeccable! From the moment we entered, the concierge, the front desk staff, and especially Beety from housekeeping, were all incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Their responses were prompt, their attitudes gentle, and their attention to detail was exceptional, making us feel completely at home. While the hardware is luxurious, the service truly outshines it. Our experience was absolutely perfect, and I highly recommend it! When we checked in, our child wanted a higher floor, and they kindly arranged for us to stay on the 55th floor, the highest one available. Our child was thrilled! Full marks!

Fantastic service! This is my second stay here and I was lucky enough to get an upgrade. My kids absolutely loved the daily Cantonese-style dessert served before bed! The cleanliness, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch!

The hotel lobby is exquisite and elegant. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, complete with butler service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, accompanied by a harpist. It was a great stay; I'll definitely be back.

The environment is great, with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby, all within walking distance. It's fantastic. As for the service, when I arrived, my room wasn't ready yet, so I checked my luggage, changed, and went out to eat before coming back. Regarding hygiene, my first stay in Guangzhou three years ago was also at Jumeirah, and the nightly sweet soup and service were excellent. I chose them again this time, and it's still highly recommended.
