An absolutely amazing experience! This was my first time staying at a Jumeirah hotel, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful it was. First off, the service is definitely among the best in Guangzhou, if not *the* best. As soon as we arrived, a handsome bellhop promptly helped us with our luggage, and he did the same when we checked out. During our stay, the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, even gifting us a souvenir we had asked for. The service was truly outstanding! Secondly, the hygiene was excellent, the bedding was comfortable, the views were great, the location was perfect, and parking was convenient. Overall, it was a perfectly wonderful stay, and I will definitely choose Jumeirah again if I have the chance to visit Guangzhou in the future.

The hotel staff were very accommodating, even bringing our packages and food deliveries directly to our room. Our butler was also very responsive to any requests. Overall, it was a great experience. The location is super convenient too, right across from the K11 shopping mall.

The room and service were as excellent as ever. It would be even better if the air conditioning in the room could be quieter. This time, I enjoyed the beautiful sound of the harp during breakfast, and the elegant guzheng during afternoon tea. My only minor regret was during afternoon tea, before the musician started playing, I (a curious outsider) politely asked her if the instrument was a guzheng or a guqin. Her reply was quick and cold, and she immediately turned away... It made me feel like I should have just looked it up on AI myself to avoid such an awkward situation. Perhaps it's related to work requirements or her personal state, but these minor things won't stop me from choosing Jumeirah again next time.

Exceeded my expectations! From the moment I landed and booked the pickup service, I was escorted by someone who addressed me by name throughout. I've stayed in many luxury hotels, but this is the only one where even their standard rooms offer a complimentary mini-bar, refilled daily, along with welcome fruits and desserts. The chocolate dessert, in particular, was incredibly rich and delicious, not at all a cut corner. The balcony suite experience was even more amazing than I imagined; the moment I walked in, I felt the price was worth it, with fantastic views overlooking Guangzhou's CBD. The service was impeccable; our butler, Lilith, was very thoughtful and always accommodating. Takeout and deliveries could be brought directly to the room, and every staff member greeted us. The light luxury style is exactly to my taste, more so than the designs at the neighboring Four Seasons or Rosewood, and it felt more personable. The only minor issue was that the soundproofing in the room could be better; otherwise, everything was perfect. I forgot to take photos of the balcony suite, but it was truly beautiful!

Facilities: The hotel is very new and well-designed. Environment: It's right next to a shopping mall, which is super convenient for shopping. Service: The front desk staff who checked me in was very enthusiastic and professional. I added the hotel concierge on WeChat, and they were incredibly attentive and responsive to all my requests. The breakfast was delicious, and the bellboy personally delivered my takeout. I'll definitely be back to this hotel many more times whenever I visit Guangzhou!

The service at this five-star hotel is absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, staff were there to open car doors and help with luggage, and check-in was smooth and fast. The front desk even adds you on WeChat, making it super convenient to contact them anytime you need something during your stay. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor one is shallower, perfect for kids, but be sure to bring mosquito repellent! The indoor pool is a bit deeper but the water is warm and really comfortable. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, though it's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station. A really thoughtful touch is that they deliver different complimentary dessert soups to your room every evening – it's such a relief to have something sweet after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommend! The hotel's design is also very unique and artistic. I'll definitely choose this place again!

I initially booked this hotel based on recommendations from Xiaohongshu users. Since I was traveling to Guangzhou with my child, I wanted to explore the city center for the first two days. Given the rainy season, I looked for a hotel with a pool and a good location. This one was highly recommended for its excellent service and indoor/outdoor pools. My child is very active, so I chose a loft room. It was on the 53rd floor with an amazing view! As soon as we entered, my child loved climbing the stairs. The service was also excellent; they brought complimentary sweet soup to our room every evening, and room service even delivered food from outside, which was very thoughtful. The only minor downside was the lack of bubble bath. Previous high-end hotels I've stayed at offered bubble bath or bath bombs, but this one only had bath salts, so my child could only soak in plain water. Due to the rain, we didn't use the outdoor pool, but the indoor pool was more than enough. It had a glass window overlooking the surroundings, making for a lovely environment.
