Excellent location and nice property if you are driving with private car park avaliable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We totally enjoyed walking into town center along the luxurious Champagne Avenue during sunset from the hotel!

Hotel room was clean and with all required amenities. Reception is not open 24 hrs but we were given instructions on where to find the key card and everything was fine. Free parking outside the hotel. No coffee making facilities in the room but there were machines available in the breakfast room - at a charge.

We stayed here for two nights on our way to Provence. We chose this hotel specifically because of its location just off Avenue de Champagne, thus enabling us to walk to the champagne tasting we had booked. It has no restaurant on site but is only about a 15 minutes walk from the centre of town & a number of restaurants/bars and a 7 minute drive from one of the Champagne Museums. The room was clean & comfortable but would have benefited from the provision of a kettle & some cups. The staff were pleasant & helpful and were happy for us to leave our car in the car park whilst we went for lunch on the day we checked out.

Staff on arrival excellent and very helpful. Recommended a very good restaurant for evening meal, The hall down to our room was dark and unlit, Room very small with no character, not one picture on the wall. No place to put your clothes and only room to hang a couple of jackets or dresses. The bed sheets were clean but barely covered the mattress and when you went to sleep certainly didn't cover you. Pulled the quilts out from there storage spot under the hanging section close to the floor and discovered that they had no quilt cover on and they were dirty and stained and didn't smell very nice, Had no option but to use them for the night. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and around the skirting there was dust and dirt. No in room safe or glasses for water only some paper cups. Tea /coffee makings non existent, Very disappointed with the overall state of this hotel and having stayed at other properties in the chain this fell well below standard. Needless to say we checked out the following morning very unhappy visitors. It saddens me to have to write such a review.
