The guest relations team really made our stay exceptional, and I have to give a special shout-out to Xiao Su!!! From the initial communication before check-in to the thoughtful early room arrangement and contact on the day, everything was handled meticulously and perfectly. Her replies were lively, fun, and patient, and you could genuinely feel that she was thinking from the guest's perspective. The service was so warm, with absolutely no rigid, procedural feel to it. A big thank you to Xiao Su once again!!! I also want to thank Xiao Yi, Xiao Luo, and Xiao Min for their professional care. The entire team was on point, making our vacation experience truly complete! The hotel is located in a landmark building in Chongqing, and what impressed me most were the stunning high-altitude views, the incredibly designed crystal skybridge, and the impressive lounge. The crystal skybridge has a beautiful ambiance, with large glass curtain walls and lush greenery, creating an aerial oasis. The lounge's afternoon tea featured solid quality desserts, scones, and sandwiches. The late-night à la carte menu changes daily, and the conch dumplings and dandan noodles were particularly memorable. The lounge breakfast, a rare find in China, offers a semi-buffet paired with an à la carte menu, and the food quality was absolutely amazing. The lounge's offerings are incredibly friendly for those who can't quite handle the spiciness found outside in Chongqing! All in all, InterContinental Chongqing Raffles City is definitely a hotel I would return to! Our whole family found this trip unforgettable.

Undoubtedly the best hotel in Chongqing! It's located in the iconic Raffles City, with a mall right downstairs. The room hardware is excellently maintained, and the soft furnishings and details give it a very homey feel. The service is proactive and enthusiastic, making for a great experience. The executive room mini-bar is complimentary and well-stocked, including Evian sparkling water and Tianfu Cola, plus a generous welcome amenity. The executive lounge is the biggest highlight. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour offerings are consistently outstanding, with the baked goods and desserts being particularly impressive. It definitely ranks among the top executive lounges in Chongqing. The only drawback is that getting a taxi during peak hours in the surrounding area can be congested, so I recommend calling one in advance. This is my top choice for accommodation in Chongqing, highly recommended!

The room was great, with a view of the river. If it were a clear day, I imagine I could have seen the sunrise. The cappuccino at the executive lounge is definitely worth trying, and the breakfast noodles were exceptional. Staff member Xiao Pan was very attentive and even gave me a postcard. Overall, a wonderful stay.

My stay at InterContinental Chongqing Raffles City was excellent overall, and I particularly want to commend the concierge service (the handsome guy in the first photo, I didn't catch his name). As soon as I got out of the car, he proactively helped with my luggage. His attitude was warm and professional, and he was very familiar with the local traffic conditions and attractions. He patiently offered practical advice when I asked about places to eat and how to get a taxi, showing great attention to detail. The hotel is located within the Raffles City landmark. The Sky Lobby on the 42nd floor offers expansive views, and the river-view rooms overlook the confluence of the two rivers. The room itself was clean and tidy. The only minor downsides were the occasional queues for check-in during holidays and the somewhat convoluted layout inside the building. Overall, both the location and service were top-notch. The thoughtful service from the concierge significantly enhanced my trip to Chongqing, making it a worthwhile experience.

Choose one lodging, embrace the river views of an entire city. The hotel's aesthetic is high-end and grand, with open and spacious interiors. The room was clean and quiet, with well-appointed facilities; lying in bed, one could admire the scenery of both rivers. The service was warm and refined, with attention to detail that truly showed sincerity. In the evening, watching the sunset spread across the river, and at night, taking in the myriad of city lights, the travel-living vibe was completely immersive, leaving behind truly wonderful memories. The style was on point, and the experience exceeded expectations. The breakfast was also rich and varied. The hardware quality was outstanding, and the hygiene was impeccable. It was a very therapeutic stay experience, genuinely recommended.

I don't understand why InterContinental's service has declined so much. Aside from the breakfast restaurant, which maintained a decent standard, the overall room cleanliness, room service, and Chinese restaurant service were worse than those at entry-level Marriott hotels, let alone high-end brands known for their service. During my stay, they called to ask about my experience, and instead of just taking feedback, they kept trying to push small favors on me, constantly calling me while I was trying to enjoy my trip, which was very off-putting. The main dining area of the Chinese restaurant was completely empty, and the staff were just chatting idly. Check-in took 10 minutes, even with a whole line of front desk staff, it was still so slow. I really regret coming to Chongqing; the drop in quality from the Niccolo in Chengdu is just too significant.

Everything was great – the environment, the service, especially the cleaning auntie on the 63rd floor who was incredibly enthusiastic and made the experience even better! The river view from outside was stunning and absolutely unbeatable. Highly recommended! 👍

The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the scent is lovely. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The toiletries are Byredo's Blanche, and I really love the fragrance. The hotel's location is excellent, connected directly to the Raffles City shopping mall. Definitely worth staying here when you visit Chongqing!

The service was excellent. When I checked in, they saw I had a child and upgraded our room for free, which was incredibly thoughtful. Our stay was very pleasant, a definite bonus. The hotel is in a prime location, making dining and getting around quite convenient.
