I had been here many years ago. Location is great. Lots of eateries and mall nearby. Easy to get around from here. Overall nice stay abd good breakfast.

Well this time the FO service is very dissapointed. I book via OTA and i provide my cc info too there. During checkout i already asked regarding my payment settlement, not only once but twice...just to make sure. And they said settled and done. After i leave the hotel, around 1 hour or so, the hotel without introducing whom i am talking to, suddenly text me to settle my bill. And I was shocked. Tot all settled, and asked me to qr. Hello...what kind of service is that? Extremely disspointed with the way the asked payment...just via Whatsapp without identifying themself.

A very pleasant stay. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to everything, and it's conveniently connected to a mall. Overall, my experience was excellent and very satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options.

Check-in at 4:30 PM was an incredibly long and slow process. The receptionist, however, was nice. I found the room itself wasn't clean enough for my liking, and it was quite overpriced at 878,000 IDR per room per night without breakfast, especially considering its condition. Also, there's no swimming pool.

Ibis is one of our preferred accomodations when we travel. We love how convenient the hotel is, the cleanliness, great atmosphere as well as a good breakfast spread suitable for both kids and parents. What we love about staying at this particular hotel: 1. Strategically located next to Trans Studio Mall, it’s not only near a mall, it’s also next to Trans Studio Bandung theme park and mosque. 2. The rooms are clean and comfy. 3. The breakfast spread has plenty of options with a pleasant array of both Indonesian and western options. 4. Plus point: they have a special kids room for breakfast during the weekends which has two video game consoles, a slide and kids can make their own bento. Downside: 1. The bathroom is a bit small but I can live with that.
