The butler was incredibly welcoming and responded to messages in the group chat very quickly. They picked us up at the city gate in a sightseeing cart and dropped us off when we left – it was like a private shuttle service for each guest. We received so many thoughtful gifts, including a beautiful fridge magnet, local specialty snacks, and unique vinegar. The welcome drinks and cake also had a distinct local flavor, showing how much care was put into everything. The hotel facilities are new and modern, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The environment is charmingly rustic, and the breakfast spread is generous.

The hotel rooms are very modern and are located in the ancient town. The butler was exceptionally good, helping with luggage and providing timely travel reminders. I highly recommend it for exploring Taiyuan Ancient Town. It's a tranquil retreat amidst the bustle... I'll definitely be back again.

Overall, it's pretty good. The staff provides excellent service, and the environment is very quiet, making the small courtyard feel wonderful. The only downside is that dining options aren't very convenient. It's not too far from Jinci Temple.

Located in the ancient town of Taiyuan, the location is good and the environment is acceptable. Each room is separated by a green faux fence, presumably for privacy, but it doesn't match the overall design at all. The rooms are clean and hygienic, but the bathroom drainage has some issues. After showering for almost an hour, there was still a lot of standing water. The breakfast selection is very limited, the simplest I've ever had on my trip. For a price of 1400 yuan per night, I find the breakfast unacceptable. The lady on duty at the front desk was quite nice. The positive review is mainly for the people and the experience. The overall hardware configuration is far inferior to the Linfen Ancient City Courtyard Museum Hotel, which I just stayed at. I suggest the owner learn from their experience.

The scenery is beautiful. Strolling around the old town at night is very relaxing, especially this season. The experience was perfect. The only downside was that the room wasn't very big; otherwise, it was excellent.

This is a particularly beautiful and grand mansion, a guesthouse converted from an ancient building. It has 24 rooms, each very spacious, and is located at the entrance of Taiyuan Ancient Town, making it very convenient for evening dining and sightseeing.

I had a wonderful experience at a courtyard-style guesthouse in an ancient city in Shanxi. The housekeeper was incredibly welcoming, the place was spotless, the facilities were top-notch, and the service was first-class. I'd definitely come back again.
