I stayed here for two days while visiting Changsha. The hotel's location is super convenient, with 'Chayan Yuese' right downstairs, so I could grab a drink without queuing – absolutely fantastic! **Ambiance:** Located in Chaoshang Street, a trendy cultural hub in Changsha, the hotel boasts a strong design aesthetic. It's truly exquisite and perfect for taking photos. **Service:** I felt right at home. The hotel staff (the 'xiaojiejie') were all genuinely sweet and welcoming. The breakfast was delicate and delicious, and the one-on-one laundry service was incredibly hassle-free. **Facilities:** All the facilities are new, and the smart devices provided a great user experience. Overall, next time I come to Changsha, I definitely want to stay at 6500 again! 😘😘

Over the years, I've stayed in many hotels and B&Bs suitable for long-term stays. This time in Changsha, I chose two, and 6500 was truly amazing! It's a dream room in the heart of the city, with warm and thoughtful service. The ladies were all so patient, really responding to every request. They even recommended some fantastic local eateries nearby – the kind you can order from with your eyes closed! 😍 My daughter absolutely loved it too, especially the gift she received! 🎁 Nice! 🤩

On a whim, I came to Changsha and chose the top-ranked hotel on Trip.com. The service was absolutely fantastic, I really don't understand how anyone could write a negative review. The staff were so warm and attentive. The breakfast and supper options were incredibly fresh, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. We stayed for two nights and got to enjoy different dishes each day, which was a real treat. With two kids, we spent almost all our time at the hotel. Changsha was just too hot, so we could only go out in the evenings. Coming back to the hotel for supper after exploring was great, and it was really good value for money – they even prepared three servings for both breakfast and supper for us! Suggestion: The owner should consider getting a shuttle bus. There's a bit of a distance between the metro station and the hotel, which would also make it easier for the concierge to help with luggage.
