We stayed here for our Changsha trip during the National Day holiday. We had two very comfortable nights. The environment, service, and the breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks provided were all excellent and plentiful. They even had a photographer take beautiful pictures of our family of three, leaving us with wonderful memories. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Changsha.

Environment: Thoughtfully located, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The hotel's interior is very photogenic. Service: Butler service is attentive and warm; three meals a day are exquisite and diverse. Facilities: The bedding is extremely comfortable, the slippers and pajamas feel great against the skin, and the toiletries are high-quality. Hygiene: Excellent

Go for it, you won't regret it! This guesthouse offers meals from morning till night, with breakfast served until 1 PM – a godsend for late risers. The housekeeper was super nice and always available to help. My only issue was the poor soundproofing between my room and the next. The girl next door was singing loudly in the middle of the night, and even the housekeeper heard it when they brought my late-night snack, and they promptly addressed it. Still, the physical sound insulation could definitely use some improvement. It's right next to Chaozong Street, with lots of cool shops to browse at your leisure.

This hotel truly pays attention to every detail, and the service is exceptionally good. It's my first time seeing breakfast served until 1 PM, and they also offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks, with different options each day. There's even a free photography service, which I have to give a huge thumbs up to! 👍🏻 My child didn't want to take photos, and I figured since it was free, I shouldn't waste it. So I just put on some lipstick and threw on some clothes and went for it. I never expected the results to be so good! The key is that the photographer made the person being photographed feel really relaxed, so the pictures didn't look stiff. Because of that, the photos turned out great, and every single one was perfect without needing any editing. I absolutely love them! 🥰🤩🥹

Absolutely fantastic and super satisfying! This hotel was my favorite part of my entire trip to Changsha 😭 I was so happy I didn't want to leave. They offer a delicious breakfast in the morning, afternoon tea, and even late-night snacks. Plus, they have a photography service! This is truly the most thoughtful hotel I've ever stayed in. Even the toiletries are from Le Labo!!!

Stayed one night at this super stylish hotel. They provide Le Labo toiletries and Dyson hairdryers as standard, and all the travel photos taken are complimentary, including 9 retouched ones – a female photographer's dream! The breakfast and afternoon tea were also incredibly rich, with a wide selection of drinks, and the mooncakes were delicious! The reception staff were all fantastic! Plus, there was a 100 voucher for shopping and a canvas bag as a gift.

The breakfast is a delightful fusion of Chinese and Western styles, with both excellent taste and presentation. The decor is a minimalist and stylish design that I absolutely love. Highly recommended!

The service was absolutely amazing! So thoughtful! They prepared a warm patch for menstrual relief, mugwort packets, and many other essentials for women. I'd definitely choose this place again!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The overall design is very aesthetic, and every detail in the room shows thoughtful touches, creating a wonderful ambiance. The bedding and pajamas, in particular, were incredibly comfortable, and the toiletries were top-notch! The host was exceptionally attentive. Before check-in, they sent detailed instructions and thoughtfully recommended local authentic eateries and sightseeing routes. They maintained a perfect balance – not intrusive but always available when needed. It felt like a relaxed home away from home. The food was delicious and exquisite. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!
