Chongqing Empark Grand Hotel

My stay this time was exceptionally good, and I'd like to specially commend the Lobby Manager, Xiao Tan. Throughout my stay, the service was meticulous and thoughtful, and all my requests were promptly attended to. After checking out, she even proactively called to follow up, carefully asking about my experience and patiently explaining the hotel's membership benefits. Her demeanor was gentle and professional, which made me feel incredibly warm and cared for. Her service awareness is truly commendable.

As a frequent guest at Chongqing Jinyuan, Century Jinyuan's service consistently provides a reassuring and heartwarming experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Front desk agent Xiao Hu even proactively upgraded my room type, and her attitude was humble and attentive. The room was spotless, and the bedding and towels were soft and gentle on the skin. Jinyuan Hotel is absolutely a choice you can't go wrong with.

Before checking in, I received a call from Susu at the front desk, asking about my arrival time and room preferences. When I got to the hotel, I found that my room had already been arranged, and both the floor and orientation met my requests. During my stay, she messaged me a few times, each time briefly asking if there were any issues with the room and if I was comfortable. The entire process was smooth and natural, without any unnecessary chatter, yet all my needs were thoughtfully attended to.

My stay at Jinyuan Hotel was fantastic, all thanks to the excellent and incredibly attentive service from staff member 100152. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future. It really felt like a home away from home, and the surrounding amenities were all very convenient. The restaurant's breakfast buffet was also a great highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommend!

Before I even arrived, Sisi from the lobby called to ask about my needs, and when I checked in, the room was already set up exactly as requested. During my stay, she'd text every other day to check how I was doing and if I needed anything. She never followed up excessively after asking, which was great. From booking to check-out, every step was seamless, and the overall experience was excellent.

I chose this hotel mainly for its location, but the service turned out to be even more impressive. Shishi (the staff member) called me beforehand and helped me reserve a room with good natural light that wasn't facing the street. During my stay, she checked in a couple of times, once to ask if the AC was cool enough and another time about the soundproofing. These were practical questions, and after asking, she didn't bother me again. This level of attentive yet unobtrusive service made me feel very relaxed. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed in Chongqing for 3 nights. The first night, the accommodation wasn't great, though the view was decent. The second day, I switched to this hotel. After looking at several options on Ctrip, I chose this one. The check-in experience was pleasant, and the room environment was good. The bed was just the right firmness, not too soft, not too hard, and the pillows were excellent – one fluffy cotton and one latex, ensuring a great night's sleep. It's conveniently located right next to Guanyinqiao, with metro lines 3 and 9 easily accessible for getting around. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. Plus, they offer snacks, afternoon tea, and a wide variety of breakfast options.

My stay here was excellent. The Western restaurant offered a rich and varied breakfast, combining various Chinese and Western dishes, along with many authentic Chongqing specialties. The Chongqing noodles were spicy and delicious. This time, I also tried the newly introduced Fujian fish balls and rouyan (meat swallows), thanks to the enthusiastic recommendation from server Xiao He. The restaurant was quite crowded, but she thoughtfully found a seat for me and even helped me get my food, which made me feel very welcome. Definitely worth a thumbs up!
