The Westin Desaru Coast Resort

Overall is good. But the hotel said didn’t received trip.com special request and trip.com said they had already send the request. Due to holiday, the amenities like steam room is quite messy. Children playing in the gym which could be quite dangerous

A relaxing family getaway with great facilities and service We had a pleasant stay at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort. The resort has a beautiful beachfront location, spacious rooms and plenty of facilities to keep the whole family entertained. The beach was clean and peaceful, and the swimming pools were great, especially for families with children. The Kids Club was also one of the highlights for us. There were enough activities around the resort that we didn’t feel the need to leave the property throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, although some areas of the room and facilities are starting to show their age and could benefit from a refresh. Breakfast had a good variety of local and international choices, and overall the food was enjoyable. What really stood out was the hospitality. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly, helpful and attentive, which made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The Heavenly Spa was another nice touch for a relaxing break. Overall, Westin Desaru is still one of the better choices for a family beach getaway. It is a place where you can slow down, spend quality time with your family and simply enjoy the resort. We had a good stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

Pleasant stay, with plenty to do for people with kids, but also great for people who are just looking for a chill weekend! Right next to the beach, which is clean and not crowded.

We love Westin Desaru coz it is a great weekday get away for retirees like us. The beach is long, sand is fine, the sea water and waves refreshing. It’s a great place to chill out. Cycling in the vicinity was also a lot of fun !

We had our first overseas vacation with our 6-month old infant at Westin Desaru as we had enjoyed our previous stay here when my wife was pregnant. Staying at the Westin with an infant was a wonderful choice, it felt very much like being taken care of by a pair of reliable old hands. Essential baby amenities like a baby cot+mattress+bumper, bathtub and bath amenities were provided. The room was v spacious and had good soundproofing. The hospitality was impeccable and small but thoughtful gestures like safekeeping our baby soother when we left it at the restaurant and going the extra mile to give us an indoor table during breakfast hours were very much appreciated. We can't wait to have our kid be a part of the Westin Kids Club when he gets older. Thank you Westin Desaru for the top-notch service and for giving the best peace of mind to first-time parents!!

We had a good time at hotel. The pool and beach are of expectation. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
