Really nice! The sea view room was amazing, I could spend all afternoon just gazing out at the ocean. Harbour City is also super close, and it's just a short walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, so transportation is very convenient. Really good!

The view from the window is truly beautiful, even in the rainy midday. Facilities: The facilities are complete, and the toiletries are of very good quality. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is very good, and shopping is quite convenient. Service: The restaurant service is exceptionally good.

The room design is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the views are breathtaking. The breakfast selection is rich and varied. It was so peaceful enjoying the beautiful Victoria Harbour. The bottled water was also really good. Overall, a superb experience.

The room was great and clean, thanks mainly to the floor attendant! No matter what we asked for, the attendant was always helpful and accommodating, trying their best to meet our needs.

I extended my stay for one more night in the same room. Initially, they told me the room was scheduled for renovation the next day and I'd have to switch rooms. I packed all my luggage and waited all afternoon, only to be told later that I wouldn't need to move, and the renovation wouldn't start until 12 PM the next day. It was already 5 PM at that point, and I still had things to do, so I thought I might need to extend my stay again the next day. I asked if I could still switch rooms, but they said the new room wasn't ready. So, I had no choice but to stay put. The next morning, however, the renovation started around 8 AM. To top it off, the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold. Overall, a terrible experience.

Excellent location, great hotel facilities, and very warm service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Stayed here with my kids during the summer holiday trip to Hong Kong. The biggest plus is definitely the location. However, the facilities are a bit dated, the room isn't very spacious, and the ceiling feels a little low. The air conditioning also had a damp smell. I didn't really notice any guest service, maybe it was just too busy during the summer. Overall, I feel the price doesn't match the service provided.

While the hardware and views are a bonus, it's this perfectly balanced, professional, and heartwarming service that truly defines the Regent's core charm, making for a perfect stay.
