REGENT HONG KONG

The room was small but exquisite, offering direct sea views. I stayed for three nights, and on the third day, I accidentally checked the bill on the TV and noticed a charge for using the executive lounge at noon on the first day. However, I didn't arrive until the afternoon on the first day, so I couldn't have used it. I initially thought it was just an un-updated charge from the previous guest and ignored it. But on the last day, at check-out, the front desk still included this charge. I was utterly confused and explained that I hadn't even arrived yet, so how could there be a charge? They finally removed it. Then, for the cash deposit, the front desk initially didn't seem to notice it and was about to let me leave until I reminded them about the cash deposit. They then realized their mistake. The process was quite slow. I feel that the Regent Hotel has no issues with cleanliness or facilities, but the service is far inferior to the neighboring Rosewood and Peninsula. Perhaps they're not particularly enthusiastic towards guests from mainland China, especially if they're not executive club members. If you don't mind the service, it's still a good option, as the sea and harbor views are excellent. Personally, I'd still be willing to pay an extra 3000 for the Rosewood next time.

Facilities: The only slight drawback was the semi-open bathroom, which could get a bit cold, but everything else was perfect. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Unbeatable! The Victoria Harbour view is right before your eyes, and K11 and the Avenue of Stars are all within easy reach. Service: Proactive and enthusiastic.

Cleanliness: Good. Service: Very attentive, the front desk staff speaks English and Mandarin. Environment: The window offers a view of Victoria Harbour, and downstairs you'll find Victoria Harbour, K11, and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, making travel incredibly convenient!

Great location and excellent service. The breakfast spread was quite diverse, and the front desk even upgraded our room. The weather was just perfect, not too hot, not too cold.

The room view is unbeatable, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Victoria Harbour – absolutely stunning! The breakfast spread is rich and varied, ingredients are fresh, and the service is incredibly attentive. Plus, you get to enjoy that amazing view while you dine!

You truly get what you pay for, and I absolutely loved it! Both my child and I were amazed; it was genuinely fantastic. The sea view was spectacular, and even though I was on a lower floor, the view was incredibly clear, especially when a large ship came by. The weather was decent, but if it had been sunny, the photos would have been even better! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Excellent location, right in a prime spot. The sea view room offered unobstructed, expansive views, and the stay was superb. There were even complimentary chocolates upon entering the room, a very thoughtful touch, and they tasted great! The night view of Victoria Harbour was stunning – a perfect moment to quietly appreciate and relax.

Overall, the service, cleanliness, and facilities were great. The view was fantastic, the breakfast had a good variety, and the service was excellent – they even gave out small gifts. However, there were a few issues. The large sliding door to the bathroom was incredibly heavy and difficult to open and close, which was quite inconvenient. In the shower, there was no door, so water splashed everywhere, and the showerhead wall mount was on the side, making it awkward to turn around. Also, the TV couldn't AirPlay or connect via HDMI; an upgrade to the entertainment system's interface would be a good idea. While I understand that the mini-bar drinks are chargeable, charging for small snacks felt a bit ridiculous.
