Amazing apartment building with new flats, beautiful pool on the rooftop and sauna and gym. The host was very nice and let me leave my luggage in another apartment until the check in time. Location is good - lots of great restaurants nearby and also quick ride to the city center. It’s also walkable - about 30’min.

We had a wonderful stay at this . The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the kitchen equipment and utensils were provided, making it very convenient to prepare our own meals. The facilities were complete, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the hotel felt cozy and welcoming. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, we were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and excellent facilities. The best day in Chiang Mai. I booked this apartment again, but was hugely disappointed. For the exact same price as my previous two stays, the room quality was worlds apart. Before, I had a one-bedroom apartment with a separate living room; this time, it was a single room partitioned into two spaces, and it didn't even have a balcony. The amenities were also inferior to before—only a single pair of slippers was provided. The living room was extremely cramped. For the same price, the difference was quite shocking. The rooftop pool is still the main highlight for value for money. Make sure to look closely at the photos when choosing your room.

Great place to stay, and there are many foreign guests. However, customer service is a bit slow to respond, and the sound insulation isn't great—you can hear noises from outside the door at any time. We stayed for 5 days and were almost out of body wash (it was only half full upon check-in). It's fine not to have daily housekeeping, but at least essentials like body wash and toilet paper should be sufficiently stocked. The pool is amazing, though! I'd stay here again next year just for the pool~~
