As always, it was okay, but this time a few things were quite unsatisfactory. First, after checking in, I provided my IHG membership number, but the stay information wasn't showing up in my IHG account. I inquired at the front desk, and all I got was a bunch of lies and excuses. Second, the waitstaff at the third-floor breakfast restaurant were very lazy. They pretended to be busy but didn't clear tables promptly, instead flirting with Caucasians. Many of the female staff throughout the hotel seem to enjoy flirting with white guests, and it's quite a mess.

The location is quite good, and the rooms are spacious. It's directly across from LTC, very close to Chinatown, and there's a mall with dining options right next door. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the pool and gym are both excellent. I stay here every time I visit.

It was okay. I chose to stay here for the exhibition.
However, I arrived at night and they couldn't provide a twin room, so be aware of that!
The breakfast on the 3rd floor was quite extensive, but the actual edible options felt good.
The gym and pool were nice.

My stay at this hotel was truly excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! 🌟
The security here is excellent — I accidentally left my sunglasses in the lobby, and the team kept them safely for me. When I went to collect them, they even had a proper verification system to ensure the item was returned to the right person. Very professional!
The breakfast was also great. The menu changes daily, and even though it was quite full, the staff managed the seating very well and made sure everything was organized smoothly.
Lastly, I want to thank the housekeeping team for the thoughtful touch — they made a cute elephant towel decoration in my room. It really made my day! 🐘✨
