W Shanghai - The Bund

Overall, it was a good experience. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, and the river view was unbeatable. There was a slight hiccup, but it was resolved later. The steak at the Western restaurant was very good, and I highly recommend the desserts. The hotel's location is excellent, offering panoramic views of the 'Three-Piece Suit' (Lujiazui skyline) and the Huangpu River.

I had a wonderful stay in the Fabulous Bund View Twin Room (Room 3016) at W Shanghai - The Bund. The room offers an angled view where you can see Lujiazui's famous trio and the Oriental Pearl Tower, while the right side overlooks the historic architecture of the Bund—the night view is especially stunning. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety with plenty of options. A special thanks to Estelle at the front desk; her warm and attentive service made me feel truly welcome. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay. If I visit Shanghai again, I would definitely consider staying here.

Not bad at all! Came here for my birthday trip with friends. The room had a fantastic view, offering an unobstructed panorama of the Lujiazui night skyline. Getting around was super convenient, and the check-in experience was comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend this place for anyone visiting Shanghai.

The views from the W Shanghai - The Bund are simply incredible, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Huangpu River and Lujiazui. The night views are especially stunning and make for great photos. The only downsides were that the mattress was a bit too soft, which made my back ache after a while, and the soundproofing in the room wasn't great. I could clearly hear noises from the hallway and next door, which disturbed my sleep at night. While the scenery is definitely the highlight and perfect for a visit to admire the view, those who prioritize a good night's sleep might want to consider other options.

The hotel room was lovely and the view was great, but the front desk staff had a terrible attitude. I waited for an hour and still didn't have a room; it was already 3 PM and I hadn't been able to check in yet. Not only that, they actually started yelling and cursing at me, acting even more aggressive than I was. The hotel doesn't have delivery robots, so every time I ordered food, I had to go down to the lobby, take another elevator to the ground floor just to pick it up, which was extremely inconvenient.
