It has been a very pleasant stay with good services. Room is clean. There’s some misunderstanding of allowing us to check in 30 mins earlier. In the end, we are still required to check in at 3pm. We travel at east to MidValley Mega Mall and 1 Utama Shopping Centre. Even travelling to Sunway Pyramid is not an issue, short distance from this hotel location (we will do it next time, short of time to visit so many malls tho time). The room we booked come with great view. We can see KL Tower, Petronas Twin Tower, and Merdeka 118, from our living room and one of the rooms. We can do our laundry conveniently, but do bring or purchase your own laundry pods.

This was my first time staying in a service apartment, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. It was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and always greeted me with a warm smile, making the experience even more enjoyable.
