The hotel location is super convenient with in88 lego store beside and across Apm mall and Jinyu Hutong mrt exit. The wait time for the lift can be a bit long so I would recommend asking for a lower floor room. Clean, comfortable. Would recommend!

Facilities: A very new hotel with fully smart devices, clean and tidy. The stay was very comfortable. Location: Right next to the subway entrance, three stops away from Universal Studios, extremely convenient. Breakfast: Very rich, with authentic Old Beijing 'zhajiangmian' (fried sauce noodles). The service was also good.

The hotel is strategically located in Wangfujing, just within 100 metres of an MRT station and directly opposite APM shopping mall. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining. It’s also easy to get a Didi to travel to other attractions and places around Beijing. The staff provide good and friendly service. The breakfast, however, is average.

Staying here wasting money and time. 4* Hotel in the city amd on the Main desk staff can't speak even 1 word English. Service very low. Staff not helpful. We wasnt allowed to lay down on the seating area whilst waiting to leave hotel. This hotel not good facilities , not good space for rest before flight. No shower room no rest room.

This hotel is truly excellent. Its location is superb, right next to Jin Yu Hutong Station on Metro Line 8, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's also right by Wangfujing Pedestrian Street and Donghuamen Street, so finding snacks and dining is super easy. The hotel service is good, they even offer small snacks at 9 PM. The room is quite spacious, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to the subway exit, just across the street. It's located in a tourist area with a bus stop downstairs, making it very convenient to get to attractions. There are plenty of dining options nearby, all within walking distance.

The location and cleanliness are wonderful. Right next to the "Champs Elysees" of Beijing. May I kindly suggest to add a fee to continue proposing the collecting and cleaning which is displayed on the hotel website? It is confusing for guests to see a service proposed and not performed. See hotel website and joint pic of sign to hang on door in Chinese , didn't take a pic of the basket. Also if the receptionist asks you to bring down your dirty laundry basket (placed in the room) to the lobby, it can be perceived as gross by clients as you do not bring dirty clothes in a hotel lobby. Such things are not done and not to be suggested by the receptionist. Finally, most guests on holiday are happy to pay and have laundry done. It is a service we had in other hotels in China free or paid. 2 machines and 2 driers for so many rooms is not enough. Visiting all day(Beijing is huge) and staying up to 1.30 am doing laundry in a queue is tough during holidays. This needs to be corrected or crossed out on the hotel website so clients know beforehand. Overall positive though.
