Hotel Callista

The only thing that I didn’t like was that at night in the room that we stayed we heard a lot of weird noise. At 5 am one of the lights turn on by itself. Other than that it was pretty good!

Basic room. Very small. Not cleaned 100% found a used coffee filter in coffee pot. Staff member was helpful. But not worth the money we paid for the night.

very poorly managed facility. they have a banquet hall and had a prom booked the night we stayed. they didn't tell us until we checked in and they said it wouldnt be too loud. it was extremely loud and we were on second floor directly above the hall. we were travelling with a 1 year old and baby couldn't sleep because all of the noise. we demanded a refund and left the hotel to find somewhere else. very inconsiderate and un professional. they could've told us prior to check in so we couldve planned properly. will not return. aside from the noise - the room was very plain, staff was very uninformed and several of the lights in the room didn't work properly. 0 Star review.

Great parking, 8 minute's to mohegan. Great bed, hot shower with great water pressure. Super clean! Area blocks outside were a little iffy but would definitively stay again!

The hotel is centrally located, and the parking was easy. Staff was kind and accommodating. We had a pleasant stay.

The room was simple but very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was very easy right next to the building.

Need to clear the ice off of the walking ramp as my wife fell. The room was extremely cold and would not heat up.

The room we checked into wasn’t cleaned. Bed unmade, dirty towels, trash in the basket. We informed the front desk he changed our room no apologies ..we had to carry our own bags..a few doors down. But after that I just couldn’t be comfortable. The new room had paint peeling on shower wall. The hotel has promise but it looks like they don’t take much pride in taking care or it or customer service.

people in the room next door had there TV on extremely loud and was talking loud all night and kept us awake. We complained to the front desk at 4 AM.we got no sleep. Will never stay at this hotel again. It was clean and convenient location otherwise.
