We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the beds were absolutely perfect. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of great choices. All of the staff were attentive, friendly, and pleasant throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

True to its reputation as one of the best hotels in Yogyakarta, the staff here are exceptionally well-trained. The location is great for getting around, as it's a direct and quick walk to Malioboro Street. The swimming pool and sauna is great. The housekeeping staff are the star in this hotel. They are so humble and welcoming considering their job is a very physically demanding. I think, for me, seeing some of the staff busy with their mobile phone is a bit of a let down for a 5 star properties. Plus, i am unsure if there is supposed to be a welcome drink as we did not get one when we checked in. This hotel is a very famous domestically, so my expectations unfortunately very high.
