Excellent welcome. The view from the lobby is amazing. The staff is so kind and friendly! The swimming pool is amazing with a view to Lion Rock! The rooms are big and so comfortable. The food, breakfast and dinner are also very good. This may be one of the better choices in the area. Really 5 star!

Very nice, well-maintained hotel with incredibly friendly staff. The breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent. The views from the main building are absolutely stunning, and the architecture is unique. The only negatives were the shower by the pool and the balcony. However, we would definitely come back.

Had a really nice stay at Aylia Resort & Spa. The place was clean, peaceful, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. A great place to stay if you’re visiting Sigiriya and want somewhere quiet and comfortable to come back to after exploring. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel in Sigiriya, view over the Lion Rock from the pool which is gorgeous as well, hotel is well located close to Dambulla temple, Minneriya Park for elephant watching,… Good experiences at the restaurant with the buffet at night, lunch and cocktails were fine too. Hotel staff is kind and helpful. Room (two floors) was comfortable and clean, a bathtub and shower room were both available. Not a big deal but the kid’s club needs a serious cleaning and upgrade (does not match the hotel standing at all). Positive note not well enough advertized: the free pottery experience for kids at the next-door hotel (walking distance)
