Had a very pleasant stay here. The room was cosy and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is fantastic, with lots of cafes and food options just minutes walk away. The staff Tram Uyen Ha Long Tuyen were great too. Overall a good stay and base to explore Da Nang.

We booked the Deluxe Family Room with City View for a night and the room was exactly as the picture showed.The whole interior design was so quaint,with beautifully plates on the wall,antique-looking taps for the sink and roaster cookware etc.Can tell they put in alot of effort to design the place.We had a big King sized bed and 2 bunk beds for our family with 2 teenagers.There was also a very lovely bathtub out at our balcony, which was great for soaking during summer.The location was great,walking distance to Han market and many good restaurants.However the place was mostly in glass walls so by early morning, we could hear a lot of honking and heavy traffic even while asleep.And the room does get hot during the late afternoon.When we requested for pool towels, they also did not have any for us.The pool faced the west so even at 4-5pm, it was still very hot (in June).The whole toilet also can become wet whenevers someone bathes.Other than that, we love this place as everyone was so friendly,even the one who helped carry our luggages.

We loved every minute of our stay. The front desk staff Zen, Sofia, Tram, Mi Bao, Ha and Tuyen were very helpful and nice. We especially loved Dan whenever he shared a big smile with us!!!
