Radisson Collection Hotel,Xing Guo Shanghai

It was my birthday, and the front desk lady surprised me with a birthday cake. They also quietly upgraded me to a suite, which was a lovely surprise! When we arrived, there was staff directing us where to drive. After parking, a shuttle took us from the parking lot to the hotel lobby entrance. Someone also personally brought our luggage to the room. The room was very clean and quiet, with the bedroom, living room, and bathroom all separated. I particularly liked the toilet design; it was placed behind the door, which is great for privacy if two people are in a hurry – one can get ready while the other uses the toilet. The door also separates the wet area from the main resting area. Welcome fruit: The fruit was fresh and delicious. My friend ate all the grapes before I even got a chance, haha. Hotel photoshoot: It was beautiful! The photographer guided our poses, and the selection assistant gave very professional advice. When I was little, I used to take a set of photos every birthday to remember the occasion, but I stopped once phones could take pictures. It was a wonderful way to commemorate my birthday this year~ Room service offers wontons and special drinks, which are delivered to your room – very convenient. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or pool, but they looked well-equipped. The hotel courtyard views are also exceptionally beautiful~ It's very close to Wukang Road, so it's convenient to go out and explore.

The room had a strange odor. The villa area was under constant construction and landscaping, making the environment unpleasant. Gardeners were using machines to blow dead leaves, kicking up dust right onto people and cars on the road, completely disregarding pedestrians' health. The facilities were old. Apart from the good location, everything else did not match the hotel's star rating.

This time, I specifically chose not to stay in the main building of Xingguo Hotel. Even though the villa rooms don't have an elevator, this is truly where you can experience the old Shanghai charm. Xingguo Hotel is simply fantastic!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The facilities are also good, and everything is spotlessly clean. The reception staff are efficient and professional. They even gave us complimentary wontons during our stay, which were delicious!

For a hotel priced over 1000, the facilities and views here definitely exceeded my expectations. It's super convenient for exploring the old villa district, the room is clean, has a coffee machine, and a smart toilet. The bathtub in the corner room was absolutely amazing!

The hotel boasts an excellent downtown location with a beautiful garden and easy access. I specifically chose the smaller, historic building rather than the high-rise, and it truly has a great sense of history.

The main building lobby felt a bit small, and there weren't many seats in the lounge area. During the day, the doorman service was excellent, but in the evening, they seemed to disappear. The concierge staff also ignored guests in wheelchairs, not bothering to open doors for them, which is not what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The front desk staff were nice and accommodating. The room size was decent, and cleanliness and soundproofing were acceptable, though the furniture was a bit dated. The cleaning staff on the executive floor were very pleasant. The pool was a bit small, but the gym was well-equipped. The breakfast quality was good, with a decent variety of tasty options, including fresh juices that are worth trying. The complimentary wontons were also delicious. It's mainly a resort composed of villas. The area isn't very large. Unfortunately, I couldn't visit the lawn next to Building 1 due to a wedding banquet being held there. When there are wedding banquets, it can get quite crowded and noisy.

Nestled in the city center, this hotel boasts an expansive garden filled with ancient trees and historic Western-style houses. The moment you step in, the urban hustle and bustle fades away, creating a truly atmospheric experience. The location is superb, within walking distance of Wukang Road and Anfu Road, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the old city. I stayed with my mother, and the front desk staff upgraded us to the Regalia floor. The window view was beautiful, the room was spacious and elegant, and the facilities were well-maintained. The soft bedding ensured a very comfortable night's sleep. The pool was also exceptionally beautiful – salt electrolysis disinfection? The water had a faint salty taste, which was quite unique. Overall, the experience far exceeded our expectations and is definitely worth revisiting.
