Hopewell Hotel

I stayed for several days and absolutely loved the Hong Kong Hop Inn. It's my top choice when traveling with kids! The rooms are spacious and the facilities are new. The biggest advantage is the size of the rooms! In Hong Kong, rooms ranging from 30-60㎡ here are simply heaven. The rooms are very new, with a modern minimalist decor. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom features Kohler fixtures. There's also a coffee machine/coffee capsules, USB charging ports, and other thoughtful details. Charles Lee at the hotel was incredibly kind and friendly, and provided professional service 👍. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful ❤️, making us feel right at home – it was truly great! I'll definitely be back to stay again! 😍

I had stayed here before and thought it was okay, which is why I booked again. However, the room rate has increased significantly, and the room type assigned was worse than before. I didn't even get an upgrade this time. The value for money is just getting lower and lower.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times. The surrounding facilities are great, it's clean and tidy, and the environment is comfortable. The location is excellent. This time, I'm especially grateful to Amy at the front desk because she knew my birthday was coming up. She upgraded me to a suite and even prepared a cake for me!

Everything was good, except for the check-in process. There were too many people, making it crowded, and it took a while to get the room key. I was surprised that with 1000 rooms, check-in would take so long. The front office was inefficient, with only two staff members handling the check-in desks.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with an excellent view and peaceful ambiance. The only drawback was having to take two elevators to get to the room, which I found a bit complicated, especially with so many people taking the elevator to the lobby.

The Hopewell Hotel, which opened in 2024, offers excellent value for money. Its location is also great, just a few steps from the Wan Chai MTR station, and only two stops away from Tsim Sha Tsui. The front desk staff and customer service personnel I encountered were all very friendly, proactively greeting guests. Room service was very prompt and responsive to all requests! I will definitely choose Hopewell again next time I visit Hong Kong.

The room was very clean, and there's a shopping mall right downstairs with plenty of food and shopping options. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get to Central, Sheung Wan, and Causeway Bay. The room was also spacious, and the service was friendly. I will definitely stay here again next time!

This hotel is located in Wan Chai, right by Exit D of Wan Chai MTR station. It's only one stop away from Causeway Bay, and there are many restaurants nearby, including Five Guys. The hotel starts from the 19th floor of Hopewell Centre, and the lobby is spacious and bright with a restaurant on the same floor. The front desk staff are very efficient. Sharon and Charles from the concierge team were very friendly and upgraded our room to one with a sea view, and also gave us complimentary drinks. The shower pressure in the room was excellent. It's highly recommended for business travelers, especially those attending exhibitions at the Convention and Exhibition Centre. Great value for money!

The front desk staff, Janice, was very patient and polite, providing excellent service. She even helped me get a free upgrade. I was very satisfied with all the arrangements and had a great staycation experience! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
