The location is excellent, right in front of Railay Beach. However, it's very close to a party street, so it can get quite loud and sometimes smell of *********. The staff are very nice and responsive!

We only spent one night, but the location on the beach is stunning, and it's a great spot to watch the sunset. The breakfast options are sufficient, and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Overall I felt the hotel is quite old, lighting is very dim, TV is very outdated and small, the furniture and fixtures are like 70-80s. If you prefer modern style, this is not for you. Buffet breakfast is very average, hygiene needs improvement.
