The location and the facility is great. the room is generally clean but the bathroom area could be done better. Breakfast is not upto the standards. the resort can do a better job of it.

The location was excellent. However, service and room cleaning was a real letdown. The restaurant was unorganised at lunch so our food never came. I wouldn't stay there again for the money that we paid it was great value.

A hotel that was undoubtedly beautiful in the past, on the surface everything looks beautiful from the outside but the level of maintenance is very low, the room and the pool are not clean, towels are not provided, the food in the restaurant does not match the level of the delicious Thai food, I would not give it 3 stars. Very disappointing
