We went this place with 6 families. Hotel rooms and foods are great. Environment is great and easy to reach so many places around the area. Also hotel crew is very friendly and helpful. They really give us value for money. I’m highly recommend this place for staying few days. Good luck all

The days we enjoyed in the hotel was marvelous experience that I have in my whole life. The staffs are so kindhearted. The Food was amazed us. And the environment which you can’t take out of your heart easily. Overall excellent experience. Azath Cader.

The pillows were mouldy. Unsafe electrics. Unhygienic. Food was awful and staff untrained. We got moved by our tour guide for the second night. No one should be subjected to this so called “resort” It was truly awful. Fawlty towers on steroids without the laughs

The most delightful staff made this stay a highlight. Views over the valley, with the sounds of birds and bells in the cool morning breeze was uplifting. Relaxing in the afternoon with a drink in the open air dining area was good for the soul. Would recommend for sure (above a 5 star hotel for authentic Sri Lankan experience)

Good hotel for a stay in Bandarawela. We've been warmly welcomed on our arrival by the friendly owners . The location of the hotel is quite good. A short (＜ 10 mins) walk down the hill into the centre of Bandarawela. The hoteal manger sumith is very helpful best man in hotel 💕hoteal view ponit is very Nice

From the beginning management was well coordinated. I went with my family along with two other friends families . Had a warm welcome and superb service from a friendly, polite and pleasant young staff. Place was nice, calm and relaxing; Easy access to Bandarawela town. Rooms are clean and well maintained; would be great if there more space. Foods were superb. Buffet provide many options with delicious foods. Provide great value for the money we spent. GM Thusith was very caring and well attended when ever need arise. I like his customer centric approach. We stay two nights(3 days) and hotel support us with arranging site seeing too. We are happy to recommend this place to visit.

This place is really nice and the food is the best I've had in Sri Lanka. Very kindl and helpful staff. I highly recommend to book tours and excursions with them! You get amazing experience, you see authentic things and you support local community. Absolutely worth it!

The best hotel I had so far in Sri Lanka. Breakfast and Dinner were amazing. Very friendly and kind personal. And you can also book great tours, which were much fun :) Go there! I will definitely will come back. Thank you for everything!
