Oasis Tarrafal Alfandega Suites

I have been staying at Hotel Alfândega for the past four years, and I absolutely love staying there. It is a beautiful, very clean hotel, and the staff is fantastic. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and welcoming, and overall, everything has always gone very well during my stays. The breakfast is fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this hotel 100%. I always look forward to coming back, and I am already looking forward to staying there again next year. I do have a couple of suggestions. I feel that the price is a little high compared with some of the other hotels in the area. I understand that the location and quality of the hotel are important factors, but I still feel the price could be a little more competitive. Also, the room door locks should be checked before guests check in. During my stay, I had to contact the front desk because the door lock was not working properly. When guests are paying the price of the room, they expect everything to be working when they arrive. It would be helpful for the hotel staff to check the locks and other room features before each guest checks in. Other than those suggestions, I truly love staying at Hotel Alfândega. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, and overall experience are wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back next year!

I think the room was lovely well done for the decoration. I was not happy with the shaking 3 o’clock in the checkout 11 o’clock it doesn’t make any sense for the money you pay breakfast. It’s okay not the best breakfast I ever eat the people stuff from the hotel. They’re lovely people.

Really fantastic experience here. All the staff were lovely, breakfast the best we have had in Cape Verde and views from the room of the beach a delight. The manager was welcoming and the rooms spotlessly clean and stylish.

i just had food in restaurant of the hotel, very tasty carpaccio de tune, and fresh fish grilled with my tour guide moises , the location of the hotel is amazing, as well as the service & finaly the atmosphere, i had the pleasure to fly my drone from the hotel amazing views of the clear blue crystal water of tarafal beach

A real gem, I would almost say an insider's tip! The hotel is situated on the beautiful beach of Tarrafal. From the terrace, you have a wonderful view of the fishermen's market and the beach, making it impossible to get any closer. We only ever book hotels with a nice breakfast because we enjoy discovering local restaurants in the evening. The restaurant at the Oasis Tarrafal comes highly recommended. We had an incredibly delicious meal there. We would also like to emphasize the friendly, very personal service and the proximity to many bars, beach bars, and restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back!

Nice city. Very quiet. Nice place. Good service. Nice view. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are big and very clean. The service in general is very good. Adelaide was the person that helped us with the reservations and she was such a wonderful host. Super recommend.
