The most amazing hotel in Da Nang The service is above average. Housekeeping as well as breakfast have exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Lucas, Cherry and Annie.

Staff were very helpful, friendly and hospitable. They brought the luggage up to our room, provided hair ties for gym session cause I forgot mine etc. Breakfast was not a wide spread, but the quality was decent and you get the key things you need. We got the ocean view suite, room was big and spacious with a nice view of the beach. A lot of the room space is attributed to the corridors though. Downside was one glass panel turned yellow so view was a bit blur. Overall a decent stay with the beach just out front.

Amazing view and great location! Honestly at this price, it beats a lot of the 5 star hotels nearby. Really good value for money and I had a great stay here!

Every window in the building is covered with perforated film. You cannot see the sea at all, even standing right at the glass. Staff confirmed this in writing. We booked and paid a premium specifically for the sea view. This is also not a hotel but a serviced apartment building. Staff told us the apartments could not be sold due to problems with the building, so operators rented them, redecorated the units and started letting them out. Several are listed here under different names at very different prices for the same rooms. The lift shakes badly enough that using it feels unsafe, another guest was complaining loudly about it in the lobby. The shared corridors have mould and insects, and the doors and bathrooms are visibly old. Our room had not been properly cleaned, we found hair behind the curtain, and the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed. Sorting this out took an entire day. We were told a manager would speak to us in the morning, then had to chase them ourselves with our luggage packed and wait over an hour in the lobby. They refunded three of four nights. The staff member who helped us on the last morning did genuinely try. We are happy we left and moved to one of the real hotels next door, for less money and with an actual sea view.

The Hotel windows are blocked by small white circles on them. View is limited. That's quite sad. Apart from that everything was fine. Don't expect to much from the breakfast.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind, and they always made us feel so welcome. The location was great and very convenient, and I absolutely loved the breakfast — there was a good variety, and everything was delicious! 😍 A special thank you to Jay, Annie, Cherry, Karen, and Nick for your wonderful hospitality and kindness. The hotel is newly renovated, but it is a kind of old building. There was no issue with cleanliness when it comes to the room, but the elevator is old, and the pool outside is small and a little bit dirty. The room was spacious, nice, and clean.

We stayed at Signature Beachfront Hotel by M Village for a family trip, which was also a special trip for us as we were celebrating our birthdays and anniversary together. Before our stay, my wife emailed the hotel to request a special arrangement for the room. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there wasn’t really much of a special setup. The hotel prepared some fresh flowers and a handwritten card, which was a nice gesture, although it wasn’t quite what we expected. Nevertheless, we truly appreciated the effort and thoughtfulness. The location is definitely one of the highlights. The hotel is located just across from the beach, making it very convenient if you enjoy having easy access to the seaside and my family truly enjoyed the sunrise every morning. However, one downside is that the swimming pool is located across the road, closer to the beach, rather than within the main hotel building. We stayed in the Suite Ocean View room, which was very spacious and had a lovely apartment-style layout. However, despite the apartment-style concept, the room wasn’t fully equipped like an apartment. There were no basic utensils, dishwashing soap, or sponge provided, which would have been useful considering the room setup. There were also a few issues during our stay. The tap water temperature was inconsistent — sometimes it would become very hot even after adjusting it to cold. The air conditioning was also inconsistent, as the room would sometimes feel too cold and at other times become quite warm. For breakfast, the selection was quite simple and there weren’t many choices. Another thing to note is that the hotel does not offer room service, so there isn’t an option to order food directly to your room. The housekeeping service could also be improved. The timing was not very consistent, and I often had to inform the receptionist that I wanted housekeeping done before we went out. It would be more convenient if housekeeping followed a more consistent schedule or communicated the timing clearly with guests. Overall, despite the areas that could be improved, our experience was still good. The spacious room, beachfront location, and friendly service made our stay enjoyable. With some improvements to the room facilities, housekeeping consistency, breakfast selection, and overall guest experience, I believe this hotel could be even better.
