Отличный отель!
Удобные кровати, чисто, уборка каждый день.
Персонал - вежливый, приятный, отвечает на все вопросы.
Из минусов - нет завтраков, что непривычно после Европы и Азии, но не существенно, так как рядом есть много мест, где можно вкусно поесть.
С удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот отель.

Loved the property. Suggested that Cerise not reserve all the tables ... we went up two evenings at 5:00 p.m. before
going out for the night and the couch areas were all set with reserve signs... we understand if there are reservations but they sat empty the whole time we stood there... for an hour or so. Otherwise, we thought Virgin was wonderful and an amazing location!

Nice Hotel, “Resort Fee” is ridiculous.
The hotel is cute, the room is fine. Finding out upon check-in that I would be charged a $35 “resort fee” for things like wi-fi and use of the amenities was not fine. When I book through ********** and it lets me know that my total includes taxes and fees it’s absurd that I would be charged ANOTHER fee on the property for things that should absolutely be included in the price of the room. I won’t be staying here again because of it.

Hotel exceptional, speedy checkin, very friendly staff who explained everything in detail and were happy to answer any queries. Bedrooms, quirky, beautiful bedding, lovely comfortable bed and pillows, food and drink excellent. Good central location to all amenities, shops bars and cafes. One of the best hotels we have stayed in

This is one of my favorite hotels in Chicago and it's the first one I check when I am heading to the city. My suite was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. One tiny complaint is that the in-room coffee seems to have been downgraded. There used to be a fresh pour over option in every room, but on this stay my room strangely had one of those small tea bag style coffee packets you usually see at far less expensive hotels and it didn't work with the room's pour over basket.
