I toured Akita by rental car. There was a bicycle parking area next to the building, and check-in was smooth. I was delighted by the welcome ice cream. The hot springs were spacious and relaxing, and I went in at night and again at 6 AM. I also enjoyed the complimentary late-night curry at 7 PM, and when I ordered breakfast, there were plenty of side dishes, and it was delicious and satisfying. A local resident was walking their Akita dog, so I had some fluffy time and took some photos.

It's a single-person rate, but the bed is quite spacious. A free bowl of curry is included with dinner. The self-service, simple containers are deep and satisfying. Breakfast is a buffet, and in addition to the dishes pictured, there are also local specialties. There are plenty of convenience stores and bars nearby.

The Hinai chicken soup for breakfast was delicious, and the beef bowl for dinner was also excellent. I'd like to try the curry next time! The free parking with unlimited entry and exit is a great bonus.

Since it's my hometown where I used to live, I always stay for several nights when I go back. After selling my house, I tried other hotels, but now I always choose the Annex. It's convenient because I can walk back to the hotel since we have a party every night.

I stayed here after going to see the Aomori Nebuta Festival. There were absolutely no hotels available in Aomori Prefecture, so I stayed here. It took about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Aomori. Although I arrived late at night, there were also foreigners checking in at the same time.
