We had a wonderful stay and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff at reception were genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful, always happy to assist with anything we needed.
The view over the Mekong was absolutely stunning — so beautiful, in fact, that we decided to extend our stay by an extra night just to enjoy it a little longer. Waking up to the river and watching the light change throughout the day was a real highlight of our trip.
The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. Our first night was in a deluxe room, which unfortunately had an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. However, the staff handled this very professionally and kindly moved us to a standard room the following night, which was fresh, comfortable, and very pleasant, with no issues at all.
Overall, the hospitality, location, views, and excellent service more than made up for the small hiccup, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would happily stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming place with a beautiful Mekong view.
