Outstanding hotel and genuinely the best service we have had in China. We were upgraded free of charge to an 11th floor room — a more expensive room category than the one we paid for. They arranged laundry for us, and the reception staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. What really stood out was how much they went out of their way for us. When we needed to contact our upcoming hotels, the front desk helped us obtain their WeChat contacts so we could arrange room requests and transfers in advance. The hotel front desk service was excellent. The room was fantastic, and all the drinks and water in the room were complimentary and unlimited. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with central air conditioning, and free coffee and sour plum soup available at the front desk. It's super convenient, just over 100 meters to the Line 5 subway station. Wangfujing Pedestrian Street is only a five-minute walk away, and it's very close to other attractions. Getting to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City by subway is also very easy. This will definitely be my first choice hotel next time I visit!
