Twinpalms Tented Camp Phuket

Arrived at the hotel late at night, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They assisted with my luggage, showed me to my room, and even upgraded my room type. All the hotel staff were very observant, proactive in greeting guests, and always ready to help. They even made an elephant out of towels on my bed, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent, enjoyed right by the sea with a pleasant breeze. The room itself was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and perfect for photos. This truly is a service-oriented hotel.

The accommodation is lovely, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel is not far from the beach, within walking distance (though the hotel also provides a shuttle service).

We were upgraded to a pool room, which was incredibly picturesque. The sound of the rain at night was very soothing and helped me fall asleep after a long day. My friend found it a bit noisy though, so it might bother those who are light sleepers. Breakfast is a buffet served at the hotel bar downstairs, and it was absolutely delicious.

The environment and facilities are good. This tent hotel is a real tent, not a tent-shaped house. Therefore, sound insulation and thermal insulation are relatively poor. The poor thermal insulation can be compensated by turning up the air conditioning, so it doesn't affect much. However, there's nothing that can be done about the sound insulation. The hotel's bar has a fantastic atmosphere and is very popular locally, so there's a lot of noise late into the night. And if it rains heavily, the drumming sound on the roof is just something else!!!

The hotel isn't very big, but the overall service is quite good. It's peaceful and private, perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, there aren't many activities available at the hotel.
