I put a star because I can't put 0, if not, I would put it. I want to start by saying that this hotel is getting worse and worse, after they changed companies from Serras to Biosca things are getting worse and worse. To begin with, the hotel chef, a 0, very rude, the food not at all good, there are no typical dishes from here, the cerdanya, the treatment is disastrous. The hotel service even worse. I'm never going again. Very pretty on the outside, but inside like the house of terror. I don't recommend it👍

A hotel to which you will 100% return! I have felt at home! The gardens and decoration are incredible! I was fascinated by the Blanca restaurant, where I tried wonderful Catalan dishes. A stay I will remember!

It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Very good service, a spectacular place and everyone there did everything possible to make us feel good. Everything was exceptional, thank you very much!

We spent a night in this spectacular place in a wonderful bucolic setting! The spacious, comfortable room with all the amenities! Exquisite breakfast with a lot of variety! We also tried the tasting menu! We were pleasantly surprised, everything was delicious! Quality km 0 products, made with great taste! The staff were attentive and helpful! The director, Sebastien, very friendly, always with a smile, is a great professional at customer service!!! We will repeat for sure! 💯 recommendable!!!!

It is the second time we have gone to this Hotel, taking advantage of the fact that prices have dropped. Many pretensions but a real disaster. The rooms are correct although they are dirty and cold. The restaurant food is inedible. They charge you like a Michelin star and the food is very basic, poorly presented, without any grace, scarce and cold. It has a small bar, but you can't order anything since there are no waiters. We don't know what has happened but it has changed a lot, for the worse since we were last there. We will not return again.

Questa e la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo albergo d'incanto. E una vecchia casa d'epoca di una bellezza rara conservata in modo eccelso, immersa in un amplio e bellissimo giardino con tutte le comodità moderne. Assolutamente meraviglioso. E caro, ma il servizio che offrono vale la pena. La camere sono amplie, arredate in modo sublime e con tutti i confort immaginabili. Anche la linea cortesia è pazzesca. Usano Natura Bisse. E un posto meraviglioso dove riposare e godere della piscina e della natura. Eccellente anche la loro colazione. Assolutamente consigliato!!!!

Bueno, el entorno no está mal. No saben y no pueden aprender porque se nutren de la clientela que se nutren. Es un negocio sin más y ahora la cerdaña se impregna de sudores, calimas africanas y mentiras en el descanso. No vale la pena. No penséis que estaréis como en el Palace de Gstaad. Pero bueno le damos un 7.
