We have a great stay. The location is really nice, close to Yorkville, and we have dinner at Yorkville. The room is spacious and really new, and all the facilities are top-notch.

It Is Very comfortable when we stayed in this place and they are very clean and helpful. But just for parking, we don't know they will charge our parking fee 45 dollars Every day Because we rented a car. And I complained to the guy in the front desk and he told us in Toronto Every hotel will charge parking. So we are not very satisfied.

The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, which makes getting around the city very easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a lovely, boutique-like charm, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a kettle in the room – a nice touch! The breakfast at the downstairs restaurant was a definite highlight! Especially the weekend brunch, which, despite starting a bit late, was absolutely worth the wait. The front desk team, particularly the ladies and a gentleman I believe was named Joy, were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Location-wise, it's about a 20-minute walk to the University of Toronto, with plenty of Chinese restaurants and bubble tea shops in the immediate vicinity. And the Shoppers Drug Mart directly opposite is incredibly convenient and well-stocked.

The hotel itself is decent, featuring a distinctive industrial design and all-new facilities. However, its location near a homeless shelter, right on Yonge Street, means there are quite a few homeless individuals around. Walking on the street, I felt pretty nervous and unsafe. Personally, I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.
