The environment here is really excellent, making you feel like you're right in the jungle. The service was pretty good overall, we had a private butler, but I wouldn't say it was outstanding or super attentive, just decent. Some small details were nice, while others were a bit disappointing. For example, the sofa/table and chairs on our balcony were covered with a blanket the night before check-out. We still had a full morning before leaving, but couldn't use them, so I didn't quite understand the point of that. On the positive side, they did prepare some lovely flowers for my birthday, and the staff were very enthusiastic when we checked out. Ultimately, the amazing environment outweighs the minor issues, so it was still a great experience.

If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing Ubud getaway, this is the place to stay. Personal preferences aside, the hotel's location is excellent, the scenery is breathtaking, and the spa treatments are pleasurable. While there were some minor service issues, their night staff member, Hendra, was very helpful. Especially when compared to Amandari, I feel that while COMO may have its flaws, it at least treats its guests with sincerity. I'll definitely recommend this stunning hotel to my friends and family.

The room was awful. I highly recommend avoiding it. It's very old, especially eerie at night, and the environment is extremely poor. There were lots of mosquitoes, the facilities were outdated, and the amenities were extremely poor.
Even worse, the lock on the master bedroom balcony door wasn't working. Starting at 3:00 AM, animals were banging on the door, and my friend didn't get a good night's sleep. Luckily, we discovered it early and called a repairman, who waited for 40 minutes before they arrived.
It was a major safety hazard. We were exposed to the rain outside, and there were no lights at night. We were terrified all night, and no one got a good night's sleep.
The housekeeping service was terrible. The hotel doesn't provide chargers. I tried to borrow one and was told they didn't offer it. It's hard to imagine a hotel this remote costing 15,000 yuan a night. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've written such a long review. My fellow travelers, please don't bother with this. 😓

We got a room upgrade for our honeymoon and it was a real bargain!!! The hotel housekeeper service was great, and there were new flavors of drinks in the minibar every day. The environment was great and we saw a lot of monkeys. The restaurant was also delicious! This is my favorite hotel in Bali.
