The hotel's location is decent, offering river views and direct access to IFC downstairs, though IFC itself isn't particularly exciting. The Hyundai department store across the street, however, is quite good. Now, about the hotel itself: first, it's dated, and the amenities are starting to show their age. They don't even provide complimentary water in the rooms; instead, there's a water dispenser, but whether it's regularly cleaned is anyone's guess – I just bought my own bottled water. For such a large hotel, I had to queue for breakfast for 15-30 minutes every single day for three days straight. Checking out was also a long wait. They say Seoul is a hotel value desert, and they're absolutely right. For the same price, it doesn't even compare to Tokyo.

Our stay here totally exceeded expectations! The front desk staff even gave us a bottle of wine when we checked in because it was almost May 20th (520 - I Love You Day). I was a bit nervous beforehand because I'd seen some really extreme negative reviews, but these four days were absolutely perfect, not a single complaint. Definitely recommend!

I’ll give a 10/10. Great location, right next to Hyundai Seoul Department store & IFC Mall, very convenient for shopping & food. The staff are super nice & friendly, speaks excellent English, easy communication for International travellers. Room is spacious & clean, they have turn down service as well. As for breakfast, that’s the greatest part out of the whole experience; food was freshly made & provided wide variety of choices (they even have abalone congee💕) Special thanks to Mr. Jin ( F& B Manager) who makes our dinning experience a warm one. Except for the warm greetings & introducing the food, he gets us a grapefruit sparkling 🍸 & by knowing that today is our last day staying at their hotel, he gave a little gift (tea & a mini teddy bear key chain) before we left. That’s very sweet of him. So we already thinking of making a return trip to this place next year.

Came to Seoul for a shopping trip with friends and considered several hotels. Conrad had the biggest rooms and was conveniently located. They arranged a high-floor room with a direct view of the Han River for us, and most importantly, the service quality was exceptional.
