Unable to deposit luggage when was there early to check in. No lift to 2nd floor, so need to stay at 1st level to avoid carrying luggage up. Near to main road so pretty noisy. Toilet ventilation is noisy. Upon checking out, no one is at reception and need to leave room key and hope that nothing went wrong with it as I need to rush off. The only thing is the bed. At least quite comfortable for me to sleep as the main reason to choose hotel rather than Airbnb.

I chose this hotel because of the price, the photographs and the reviews. Unfortunately, had there been photographs of the exterior of this hotel, I would not have chosen it. It is very old and run down. The room walls had places where the paint was off the walls from where something had been ripped off the walls. Our slider on our balcony didn't even close let alone lock. We were very disappointed but too tired to complain.

The room was ok but the backside of the hotel was dirty, had trash in the backyard with a broken down fence to a parking lot with random cars. Kinda scary.

The room was overall clean, but noticed mold in the room. The hotel property had garbage all over the sidewalks/parking lot area.

Very run down. Trash all around property. Smelled like smoke everywhere even if it was supposed to be smoke free.

Its a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. The rooms are old but clean. Beds fairly comfortable. Showers could definitely use an update but had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly. We didn't use the pool but it appeared clean. Our room faced the highway and was pretty loud as the slider to the balcony was very old. The hotel looks to be in the middle of upgrades so I would expect improvements in the coming month's. Overall its probably the best deal in the area. It has an attached diner, is walking diatance to the Aquarium, Shops and Seaport. If you are on a budget this place is for you.

Comfortable bed, coffee in the morning. However if you like your hotel brand new and fancy, not your place to be. This place is cheap, greatly located (restaurants, olde village). Our stay was comfortable.

Our room looked out over garbage containers and dozens of seagulls were there to feed by 5:30 am and woke us up.
