Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles

Great location, rooms were clean. It is not a hotel I could stay at more than 1 or 2 nights because there was no microwave. May not be important to others, but after drinking and ********, I wanted to reheat my leftovers from dinner and I couldn't. My fault for not making sure of the room amenities. There were Fiji waters in th e refrigerator with a hamd written note that said please leave for next guests, which was weird, why not just wait until the room is being cleaned for the next guest to put the waters in? Check in at 4 and check out by 11 was also kind of weird, why not check in at 3 or check out by 12? Convenient, safe and fun date night with my wife overall

Very nice clean rooms. Easy access from highway and local area attractions.

Beautiful, large room with an incredible view of the ice flow on the Missouri River. Front desk check-in experience was smooth and quick.

Very disappointing stay. Public areas aren’t taken care of, trash bins were overflowing, and the floors were dirty and clearly not maintained. There was no hot water at some point. Housekeeping was completely absent and room wasn’t cleaned during my entire stay. Overall, the lack of basic service and cleanliness made for a pretty unpleasant experience.

Great vibes and just relaxing feels like royalty

These room were spacious and very nice. The service was good. I would recommend this place even if you aren’t accessing the ******. It’s a good value for the price.
