The spot is good, with a lot of shopping place for food, and buying things. The place is good, the hotel clean and most important is attractive spot. The staff attending me during check in was an Indian girl, and i can see the way she treat customer was very bad. Me my self also get the bad service from her. No smile, greet ,nothing. It is unpleasant experience, as it is not first time facing the same thing. Already make complaint, and surprisely knowing that all the staff have barcode for the customer to review. Another surprise is there is small door gift during check out,and actually i receive it for first time even check in almost every month.

The room was a bit small. It's a 2-story shophouse. It's okay for a transit stay. There's no wardrobe, just hangers placed on the table with the kettle and cups.

The room was unexpectedly small, with amenities comparable to a guesthouse I stayed in Gannan 20 years ago. Check-in wasn't until 3 PM, and checking in earlier cost extra. The hotel's biggest highlight is its proximity to Epsom University, located in a small market town near an industrial area.

Honestly, it was a terrible experience, worse than hotels in my small hometown. The hygiene was appalling; the bedsheets were yellowed, and I started itching the moment I lay down. The bathroom didn't even have a proper showerhead, just a basic overhead one. And they charged over 300 yuan a night! All I can say is, nope, nope, nope. This is the first time I've ever stayed in a hotel this bad. I seriously considered just going to the airport to spend the night instead. 😔
