Residence Inn Louisville Northeast

Clean, well equipped room with a decent view. My only problem was that the pool was closed and it was one of the reasons I had chosen that hotel. Would visit again in the future after checking about the pool.

Staff was nice but the hotel itself is outdated. Carpet in room was stained, couches were stained, bathroom has mildew in it - not what you would expect for a Marriott.

Every thing was clean and the room was stocked with the necessities I asked for no cleaning services, so I didn’t have to worry about any knocks on the door Breakfast was excellent.

All common areas nicely arranged and clean. Hallways vaccumed and elevators moped. Room very nice and clean. Pleasant staff and great service.

Staff was great and super friendly. Room and hotel was clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Only complaint is the beds could be updates. They were pretty hard.

The only thing I didn’t like was the chairs, couch and tv’s could have been updated. Leather was old, fabrics on the couch was worn and tv’s were small.

It was an average hotel. I went through cheap check and it made it sound like it was like this beautiful beautiful place. It was all right, but it wasn’t that big in the apartment or excuse me. The hotel was a lot smaller than what the picture show. But the people at the front desk were really

Nice layout! Shower leaks into wall. Ran out of food for breakfast an hour before serving time ended no accommodation for fire stick/roku viewing!
