The hotel is located down a very dirty alleyway with a tiny entrance, so small that if you don't pay attention, the driver will easily miss it. However, once you push open the main gate, a strong Southeast Asian vibe immediately washes over you. The overall size is quite small, but it's very refined, and it seemed to be mostly foreigners; I only saw one young Chinese couple during my stay. We had come from a much larger hotel in Siem Reap, and I wasn't used to the room here, especially the tiny bathroom where you could barely turn around, and the facilities were quite old. There were three of us, and we stayed in a suite in the 'new house'. The main bedroom had double-glazed windows, so the soundproofing was decent, but I stayed in the room closer to the balcony, which only had a few wooden doors leading outside, and it felt incredibly noisy. It seemed like motorcycles were passing through the alley all night long without a break. Around 4 AM, the monks from the temple across the street started chanting and ringing bells, which was a bit unsettling. I imagine the 'old house' rooms, further away from the alley, might be better. What was truly impressive was the breakfast, which was à la carte, and the portions were huge, beautiful, and delicious. We didn't realize how big the portions were at first and ordered a lot, ending up stuffing ourselves. The staff were very enthusiastic; a few days before arrival, I received a welcome email from the hotel manager. Upon arrival, someone immediately came to help with our luggage, and we were offered cold towels and drinks. The front desk staff enthusiastically explained all the facilities and promotions. When I encountered a serious issue and sent a complaint email, the manager personally responded, apologized, and handled it appropriately. I also want to thank Trip.com's customer service, who were efficient and professional, assisting with communication between me and the hotel throughout and successfully resolving the problem, allowing me to enjoy my trip with peace of mind!

Imagine you could always have a hotel room in a high rise but you can also have a villa like experience with two noce swimming pools, a truly awesome a la carte breakfast and very friendly people. And a grab tuktuk takes you everywhere in a few minutes. Tranquil oasis in the city.

A hidden gem tucked away in the city center. Pushing open the hotel doors is like stepping into another world. Lush greenery, exquisite architecture, and a wide variety of breakfast options. Waking up to the sound of birdsong in such beautiful natural surroundings. Most importantly, the hotel's ambiance is absolutely wonderful, immersing you in a relaxing atmosphere that added so much joy to what might have been an otherwise ordinary trip to Phnom Penh. If I come back again, I'll definitely open a bottle of wine from the mini-bar; it's sure to be better than the cocktails at the bar.

The Pavilion quickly became our favorite spot in Phnom Penh. What really stood out was the staff every single person we encountered was friendly, approachable, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. They seemed truly happy to help, which made such a difference to our stay. The room was big and spacious, with the added bonus of double AC a lifesaver in the Cambodian heat! We slept so comfortably. Having two pools is a real luxury, and they cater perfectly to everyone whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or a family, there's a spot for you. We only had breakfast and lunch at the hotel, but the food was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. Highly recommend The Pavilion for anyone visiting Phnom Penh. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel entrance was so small that we had a hard time finding it. I kept telling the Uber driver he was going the wrong way. Once inside, it was a typical Cambodian local hotel. Geckos were everywhere, and I even saw one in the bathroom, but thankfully not in the room itself. A big plus was that they could prepare a takeaway breakfast for us, which was great since we left at 7 AM every day and didn't have time to eat there. The staff were also very friendly.

The hotel service is quite average, but if you get the room with the private pool, it’s quite fun
